Went recently on a family get together and made reservations 2 weeks ahead of time. When we showed up they said we did not have a reservation. Squeezed 9 of us in a corner table. They couldn’t give all of us water because they said they did not have enough glasses. Really? On a Saturday night no clean water glasses available. Took 3 hours to order and get our food. The food was good but will never go back. Who is managing this place?
Food was gross and overpriced. Salmon was raw in the middle, had to send it back. The pasta entree seemed like it came out of a bag and put in a microwave. Atmosphere not great, distracted by cobwebs hanging off the ceiling and general cleanliness of the dining room. Water tasted like soap. THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Took over 1.5 hours to get our food after asking several waitstaff and mgmt for updates. Waiter never returned to table and mgmt completely. Never again.
