Tosca never disappoints!! Food is always amazing. The bread is to die for .Drinks are outstanding. The ambience is fantastic. Definitely make a reservation because they're busy all the time. 
My husband and I eat here frequently and it's one of our local favorites. The menu is interesting and any pork and veal dish is consistently delightful. The appetizers are the same; great and generous salad portions. And always a section of unusual desserts to choose from. Good selections in wine and unusual after dinner drinks not found everywhere. Our server Matthew is extremely helpful with his suggestions and we're glad when we have him, just a courteous allround...
We love Tosca. The ambiance and quality of the food is excellent. We love the risotto balls, and the bourbon chestnut cocktail was excellent as well. The chicken dish is very delicious. We were disappointed in the "torched" wedge salad. It has the taste of propane. The rigatoni Bolognese was fair. It was cooked too "al dente" and had very little sauce - not a great value. I went there to have the carbonara, but they had just taken it off the seasonal menu....
