Used to be the best breakfast spot but trying to call in an order is usually a pain because they dont pick up. Today they picked up and I told them my order 3 times and they kept repeating the wrong order back to me 3 times. I tried to say it again they said okay and I still got the wrong order. I'll update if the takeout service gets better.

I've been coming here since it opened and it used to be great. Good prices, good food, good atmosphere. It has gone dramatically downhill. The service is not good, the prices are ridiculous! I paid almost $8 for a bagel with extra cream cheese and there was barely any cream cheese and it was barely toasted. Sad to say but today is my last day coming here.

I come to Chubbas almost every day and I love the ladies that work here. They're always so kind, attentive and treat everyone with respect. The girl with pink hair truly takes pride in her work and often mentions how much she likes her job. Even when it's busy and they're dealing with a stressful environment, they go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Highly recommend!

Every time I go here, it is an awful experience. I NEVER leave reviews but this time I feel it is necessary. I stopped going here because everyone is so miserable but today I ran out of time and I work in the same building. These girls clearly hate their job and make it very obvious. They are horrible on the phone and even worse in person. Todays experience was with the blonde girl with a light pink in it. She was so miserable and clearly did not want to be there. She was horrible on the phone so I knew it wasn't going to be any better in person. I am sick and tired of going here with the attitudes these girls have every time. Please learn to smile and fake a happy attitude if you have too.
Everyone in our office HATES going there because we are all treated the same exact way. Please get new employees.

Today, I stopped in for an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. It was delicious. I hadn't been there in forever. I also decided to bring home a wrap with turkey, swiss, cranberry mayo, and veggies. My family members loved it, and it was big enough for 2 people easily. It was nice to find a good sandwich shop in the area because Subway has really gone downhill, and the prices are crazy. This wrap from Chubba's was $8.00, which is not a bad price.The most important thing about this visit was the kindness I felt from the girls at the front counter (one was named Meredith). They were great conversationalists and really didn't make me feel like an annoying old lady. The owner, Shawn, was very nice too. Thanks to everyone there for making me feel like there are still humans who understand what customer service means!! Also, thanks for the great food.
Live in the valley. On my way back from Hartford, made a detour to check this place out. Glad I did. I ordered (2) Toasted Garlic Bagels w/ extra bacon, egg whites, and cheese. They were delicious. The two young women (possibly siblings) behind the counter were nice and welcoming. Service was fast. I’ll be back.

I usually have breakfast at home during the week but I stopped here early one morning after I had some blood work done and my breakfast sandwich was delicious! I can’t recommend this place enough. It was my first time and I went back the next day too! Now back to eating at home and will plan to stop in every once in a while with my husband.
