Loved chubbas for years , does look like the beginning of the end. The new location is usually nearly empty , quality has suffered too. Hoping for a comeback but they need to work on some things .

High recommend avoiding this place at all cost, since the new owners took over this place has went off a cliff. Prices almost doubled and quality went way down. Wait times horrible, food is mid at best, Beagles and cream cheeses dont taste like they use to, and dont get me going on the service.
Just cook a grill cheese or hit up Tony's down the road

What has happened to this place? They moved and now they're horrible!? Used to go here all the time, great bagels, great service, loved the sandwiches. Now in the new location, it's always empty, never have any bagels. Same counter person twice when I visited, she has zero people skills. When I finally got the last 6 bagels they had in the place, was horribly disappointed. I can get better bagels at the grocery store. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, went in one more time, 11 am, no bagels, one lonely egg bagel in the case... walked out, went to panera. Ciao Chubbas! I'm done with you!

If you asked me two years ago to write a review, it would’ve been 4 stars. Now, under new ownership, the bagels are almost inedible and more expensive. I had a cinnamon raisin bagel that tasted like they mixed all the leftover dough from other flavors together…one bite, rosemary, one bite, onion, occasionally nearly flavorless cinnamon raisin. I had an everything bagel last week that should be called a “nothing bagel,” because it had zero flavor. The texture is also completely different and not for the better. The bagels were great under the old ownership. Customer service has gone downhill, too. Longtime customer, but won’t be returning.

I have been using Chubbas for my school's catering needs for a few years now. They are the best. Always dependable, easy to work with, and not daunted by a large order so early in the morning. And the food is delicious! People always rave about how great it is! Definitely stop in for a great breakfast!
Used to be the best breakfast spot but trying to call in an order is usually a pain because they dont pick up. Today they picked up and I told them my order 3 times and they kept repeating the wrong order back to me 3 times. I tried to say it again they said okay and I still got the wrong order. I'll update if the takeout service gets better.

I've been coming here since it opened and it used to be great. Good prices, good food, good atmosphere. It has gone dramatically downhill. The service is not good, the prices are ridiculous! I paid almost $8 for a bagel with extra cream cheese and there was barely any cream cheese and it was barely toasted. Sad to say but today is my last day coming here.

I come to Chubbas almost every day and I love the ladies that work here. They're always so kind, attentive and treat everyone with respect. The girl with pink hair truly takes pride in her work and often mentions how much she likes her job. Even when it's busy and they're dealing with a stressful environment, they go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Highly recommend!
