Poorly managed, inefficient, and lately just an overall disappointment. What happened to this place?

Food and drinks are good. If you don't want to use the computer to place your own order you have to wait awhile for an employee to come take your order for you. Once the order is placed the food an he's drinks came out

Inconsistent supply. When waiting in in line, employees basically ignore you. Floor and what use to be a nice lounge area is unkept. For almost $3.00 for a coffee I expect better service.

Staff was very pleasant to interact withParking: You have to park behind the store and walk to the front. I don't feel it's very convenient for people that can't walk well or walk a distance. The spots in front ( it's only 3 spots ) but they are used for curbside pick ups.
