Went to pick up my online order. I used the drink fountain to fill my cup and this little bug dude came out and went into my soda. This honestly ruined my experience and made me feel icky eating my sandwich.

I would leave zero stars if I could the older man working in there that is extremely rude and has terrible customer service. I ordered a meal with a bottle of Pepsi and he gave me a fountain drink. I showed him my receipt and my order on the app showing that I selected the actual small 20oz bottle of Pepsi and not a fountain drink. He refused to give me the bottle that I selected and paid for and insisted that I take the fountain drink, arguing that the receipt says 20oz. I then showed him that the bottle of Pepsi is in fact 20oz and he still would not rectify his error. He was shouting at me and telling me to leave the restaurant. There are so many other subways in this city I will never go to this one again and I don’t advise anyone else to. I was picking up the food for my lunch for later in the day, which is why I specifically ordered the bottle of Pepsi and not the fountain because the fountain would be melted and watery and gross by the time I actually eat my lunch later in the afternoon. He started to accuse me of trying to get things for free, as if I didn’t pay for my meal. He was extremely disrespectful and honestly disgusting behavior. He should not be working there or any customer service job for that matter.

I didn't want to give it a star at all,but couldn't write a post if you didn't. This is the second time this happened. I am here at 8:20, the door and website say they close at 9. I walk in and the girl says we're closed. She says the hours on the door and website are wrong that we close at 8:30. I'm sitting out front as I write this and she and another girl are inside laughing. From here I will write a comment to the company itself. The last time this happened I spoken to a manager and they said they are supposed to work those hours and he thanked me for letting him know.

The Subway in Thomaston CT. makes the very best Subway Grinders by far, the service is Excellent! The owner and employees are not only polite, they always make sure to make your grinder exactly the way you want, and with a smile! 😃🌯👍

Horrible subway avoid at all cost save the money. They are always sold out when you try to get the sub of the day on top of that they don’t even try to accommodate so to avoid the headache don’t waste your time or money on this particularly subway

Got the most basic sandwich. I footlong with a meager amount of turkey and bacon, no extra toppings. Cost me $15!!! I thought footlong were supposed to be $7 or 8 now?? That's INSANE for a cheap quality sandwich by itself. Never eating Subway again. I can go buy a pound of Boar's head meat and a bag of rolls for that price. Yeesh.

Tried to over charge me my order for my wife and i is normally 2 grinders and 2 sodas is normally 38.78 today it was 41.65 and the lady behind the counter was denying it saying they never went up in price

Friend and I ordered two six inch subs... the girl working there didn't cut it in half to make two separate six inch subs until after assembling them... one has tuna and the other was a BLT... tuna got all over my side and mayo got all over the tuna side because the girl never cut them in half to start and used the same knife to push the contents back in, mixing both of our subs together ? ?
Just cross contaminated two subs using one knife the whole time ??

Started coming back now that roast beef is back (and supposed to be BETTER quality, and their increases prices support).... Honestly I like the previous roast beef better, not to say the new stuff is "bad".But these upgrades came with a significant INCREASE to prices! Now... I can get a foot long RB sandwich at Jersey Mike's for like 4$ LESS than Subway!? With far better quality of ingredients... I still go to Subway due to the location convenience, but their prices are going to start causing prob for their business.

For a subway, very nice. They've actually memorized my husbands order and the manager (I'm assuming) and some of the staff recoginze us by face at this point. The only time I've ever had an issue, the franchise owner called themself to resolve it. I definitely recommend ordering on site rather than using the app.
