I go here for a bagel from time to time and I like the bagels that they have. The reason I gave 4 stars for service is that I felt like with 4 or 5 people behind the counter, coffees, donuts and bagels should have been coming out much faster then they do. Its not really a complaint as much as it is an observation that im pretty much pushed into thinking about while I wait.

Great place to stop and get 1 or two bagels but horrible at answering their phones. If you plan to call an order in ahead of time, especially for the holidays just try some place else. I called a total of 4 times days before I needed a good amount of bagels and when I went the day of to just order them I was told by the women to "try calling between 12 and 2" when they aren't busy. If your that busy out someone directly on the phone.

Tried this place one more time after my previous experience wasn’t great but it was busy. This time I was the only person in the room and they were still absolutely miserable! No smile, seemed irritated that I was even there. I’d rather drive to Waterbury to get an amis then have to stand in front of these miserable people again. Save your money and time!!!

Honestly, the quality of this place has been going down overtime. Went in on a Sunday around 11 o’clock and just ordered a bacon egg and cheese. They don’t have a grill so everything is just microwaved.There was about six employees and 20 people that came to the door since I ordered. Waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes and was still not complete. Just walked out. Go somewhere else and save your time.

What a hidden gem! I had no idea this place existed and I regret that. The staff was great, the prices were... outstandingly affordable and the food was great. The coffee was pretty good too, excellent when comparing it to a chain coffee franchise.I had a couple donuts and they were solidly good donuts. My wife's garlic bagel with cream cheese was even better. Looking forward to coming back and getting a couple of breakfast sandwiches in the future.
Vegetarian options: They have eggs and cream cheese, so adequate for most vegetarians. They also offer a veggie sandwich option as well.

I stopped here after a day of skiing at mohawk mountain, but it was closed. I came across the owner as he was leaving. (Tony) he asked me what I would of liked to get. I told him just a coffee. He did not hesitate at all offered to get it for me. Tony opened the store and heated up of delicious cup of coffee. ( Chocolate Raspberry) Extra Large to be exact, not a small!!!! Amazing for someone to do that! Exceptional customer service. I might even drive 45 minutes to go back! VERY good experience, and i just wanted to say Thank You Again, and I appreciated it!!
