This was my first time going to the restaraunt and it was a total of 15 ppl. I cannot believe the size of the meals that everyone had , the drinks were flowing , the owner and the staff were very attentive and we all had a great time along tasty delicious meals . I highly recommend if you are looking for a great Italian authentic meals. Hats off to the amazing chef .

Moving to Connecticut from Chicago, we were a little nervous about finding our new favorite Italian restaurant, but Tramonti Ristorante in Thomaston absolutely knocked it out of the park. Our first visit was for my husband's 77th birthday, and they made it a night we will never forget.
We were given the best table in the house—outdoors, with our own built-in firepit—which was such a beautiful and thoughtful touch. The service was spectacular from start to finish. Our server, Arbor, was completely on top of everything, making sure our evening was seamless. The owner, who is also the chef and a wonderful entertainer, was a true delight. He even came to our table and performed for us, adding a truly personal and memorable element to the celebration.
The food was beyond outstanding. We started with the bruschetta, which was genuinely the best we have ever had. For our main courses, we had the pasta with vodka sauce and chicken, salmon, pasta bolognese, chicken francaise, and chicken cacciatore. The portions were unbelievably generous, and every dish was fresh, hot, and simply amazing. We finished with a variety of perfect desserts: almond cake, lemoncello cake, chocolate gelato, and Irish coffees.
It was the most perfect night, and Tramonti Ristorante has certainly earned a customer for life. We can't wait to go back!

We ordered dinner from Trimonti for takeout. What an amazing dinner. We will be back. We had enough food for 3 days. We had to wait, we’re offered drinks while we waited. Worth the wait. Absolutely delicious.

I came for dinner with my family. First time there. Hated the table we sat at. Facing the wall all night. I asked to be moved and they refused but offered me wine. I do not drink. They desperately need to change the seating arrangement. Just terrible. My salmon and mashed were ok. Veggies were terrible. I think they should just stick with Italian entrees. They served large portions. Through the evening, I was not treated very nicely by the waitress. I’m assuming because I complained. Waited forever for coffee and longer for sugar and cream. The managers/owners kept coming over to the table asking if everything was alright. It was getting a little obnoxious. Again, I’m sure it was because I complained. Overall, terrible atmosphere, very expensive, over rated.
