Went there on Sunday, and the manager handled a situation that I had with a different person with a lot of class! Tytyty! Even made me fresh hash browns herself! It definitely makes my days start out a lot better!

My wife went in today for a coffee. The people that work there are very friendly. Super helpful and went way above and beyond to help us figure out which coffee we wanted. We had some questions about different kinds of coffee. You know how you feel weird asking those questions. They made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely suggest giving this one a try. They are great.

Allowed me to use the restroom. I am 26 weeks pregnant and couldn’t find a bathroom anywhere, or anyone who would allow me to use one. Really grateful there are still people on this earth who are kind. Would fully recommend this dunkin just for that fact alone. Thank you from the bottom of the heart.

Every time we go here there’s something wrong. Not only did I work here, I currently work for Dunkin somewhere else and my boss would be PISSED at this place. I will no longer be spending my money here and I recommend until employees change, no one does. No effort put into the food at all and the coffee is always bitter as if no one stirs the coffee in the shuttle before serving it. (16 times for new frac pacs btw). Thompson Dunkin has been going downhill for years and it’s at its lowest. And if the store doesn’t serve certain bottled beverages, you’re supposed to remove it from the app which you are capable of doing bc I do it at my store.

Took forever to get a donut, sandwich, and 2 drinks. Not to mention it was wrong as well didn't put bacon on the sandwich. The person working the window was lost in space walking around aimlessly and kept asking what we ordered. Because he couldn't read the screen or I have no idea why. But horrible experience at this location.

Parking: Good parking availability.
Kid-friendliness: Very kind to children. Very thankful for restaurant wifi. Cell towers and Data signals are blocked .
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps. Wheelchairs can get in easily.
They charge higher than the price on the menu board. I asked what price the wake up wrap is because the menu said 2.19, and they said it was like 3.30. They couldn’t answer why it was more and that’s obviously more than taxes. She tried to shame me for not wanting the item because they made it already.

I frequent this dunkins every day (its between my kids school and my home). I use the mobile app to order ahead. the employees take care to learn the regulars and what they order--since they have opened, ive had my order made wrong once several years ago. sometimes understaffed so if they are busy theres a bit of a wait--but the morning staff is great.
