They couldn’t answer why it was more and that’s obviously more than taxes. She tried to shame me for not wanting the item because they made it already.

I frequent this dunkins every day (its between my kids school and my home). I use the mobile app to order ahead. the employees take care to learn the regulars and what they order--since they have opened, ive had my order made wrong once several years ago. sometimes understaffed so if they are busy theres a bit of a wait--but the morning staff is great.

always incredibly slow. i’m taking 30 minutes to get my coffee in the drive thru slow every time. food is usually somehow made wrong. employees are typically more worried about gossip then actually working. one older lady there is always sweet and the only good one. it’s now worth it to drive 8 mins out of the way to Putnam dunkins.

Was unfortunate enough to visit the Dunkin Donuts in Thompson, CT. Drive through tried to order in pouring rain (no cover) and was told to wait. Unfortunately I couldn;t hear what she said so asked about 2 minutes later and was told "Told you to wait" ok so I waited. Ordered 3 donuts for my grandchildren who were with me. Had to wait again at window while 3 employees laughed and chatted. Finally received donuts and had to ask for napkins. I will not be stopping here again. Rude and disrespectful.

Always fast and polite, only problem I have is that they’re just too busy on weekends. If you go on weekends it might be faster to just go in. I always order ahead on app and wait at least 5 min to head there. Gotta give them time to get everything ready. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Entered drive through at 5:20 pm on a Saturday and was ignored. After a couple of minutes and no answer went inside. Order a raspberry watermelon refresher and got green tea with raspberry. Also wanted a hot chai with a shot of espresso. Was told couldn’t be done because they were busy cleaning the machine. They should be cleaning because the place was filthy. Never coming back.
