Bruegger’s Bagels in Trumbull absolutely saved the day for us on Friday, December 12. When a last-minute catering issue left us scrambling just before a major morning event, their team jumped in without hesitation and helped us pull together bagels and coffee for a large group on very short notice.
The staff was calm, accommodating, and incredibly efficient—and thanks to them, we walked into our event right on time with everything we needed. We’re so grateful for their professionalism and willingness to help when it mattered most. Truly a clutch moment, and we can’t thank them enough!

I just want to say the experience and service I receive from this location are unmatched by any bagel shop I’ve been too. The bagels and coffee are always warm and fresh. I’ve been coming here for the past 2 months every morning faithfully because Jenifer and Em always make me feel welcomed and they do an exceptional job. I wish I could give them 10 Stars if I could.

Don't have bagels that you want. Don't go here go to the mom and pop bagel shops. I went to plasko farms so much better got my nice hot bagel toasted exactly how I like it with chive cream cheese.

This was my first visit--I'd driven by off-hours several times and had wanted to give the place a try for a while. So, I found myself nearby at lunchtime, so I stopped in.
The good news is that my poppy seed bagel was a genuinely good one, with great texture and plenty of poppy seeds. The bad news is that the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich served on that good bagel was kind of a disaster.
I ordered a BEC on a poppy seed bagel, toasted and with butter. I saw the counter person assemble it with pre-cooked bacon (I will say that the portion size of the bacon was quite generous) and a pre-cooked egg. If the bagel was toasted and buttered, I couldn't tell because the entire sandwich seems to have been heated to near destruction in a microwave and came to me so hot throughout that I couldn't barely pick it up with my hands. Not what I expected at all. The indiscriminate and uniformly applied heat robbed the sandwich of any flavor. I ate it after letting it cool a bit, but I did not enjoy it. I could have done better with a frozen bagel sandwich from a grocery store. I'm so disappointed.

I would like to acknowledge Brueggers customer service representatives in the Trumbull store Cam, Shay, and Emily. Time and time again, I have had amazing customer service experience with the aforementioned reps. Friendly, helpful, and each representative always remembers my order every Sunday. I enter the store and I am always greeted with big smiles and a hello. On top of the great bagels and amazing varieties. The bagels are always fresh, a young crew but very good customer service, some of the customers however are extremely rude to the staff and should appreciate the establishment a lot more than they actually do, otherwise learn how to make bagels at home. Anyhoo the breakfast sandwich made with the hasbrown bagel or even the jalapeño cheddar bagel is chefs kiss. And make sure to order at least a dozen so that you can get the cream cheese of choice with your order 😋
