I ordered a Turkey Chipotle and it was literally just a BLT. I received a single slice of turkey on my sandwich. It was like eating a Lunchable. Make the menu images reflect the actual portion size.

I have been a client of this location for 20 years. I notice that in the past 2 years the overall attitude at the store has gone past many negative stars. The current employees are absolutely RUDE, uneducated, lack any basic manners and have no idea what customer service is. I have been a business owner for 40 years and this type of employee would not stand a chance to work in my company for more than 5 seconds. I notice the female employee yelling at customers in front of me, and I was no exception. After a bad attitude at the cash register when I ordered a dozen assorted bagels, and requested that half of them be plain bagels, an employee started yelling at me that they were assorted. In the past I have always chosen the variety I wanted and not be subject to whatever bagels the unprofessional employee chose for me. Either the owner replaces this type of uninterested staff or it will close soon. I will not recommend them to my worst enemy. I am done with them, after 20 years of being a customer. Just go the other bagel places in the area.

Don't waste your time or your money!! This place is dirty inside, the cashier was surly and rude! Most unpleasant experience I've ever had in any kind of food establishment! No way to give negative stars or I would!!

PATHETIC. I love their doughy bagels they're not like real bagels but I love them. The store has awful service. I hate writing bad reviews I haven't in a long time. But I was soooo excited I schlepped here from farther away after placing a $45 order for two people. Arrived and they were literally sold out of everything I had ordered. Did anyone call me? No. Did the website let me order it all and take my money? Yes. Had to get a refund and now have no bagels. Let me add that I ordered over 2 hours before they close. If you have no inventory why not shut off ordering??Editing as the experience has gotten even worse. The one bagel they had available that we still wanted isn't being made bc the staff is having too many personal conversations to make the food I ordered 30 mins ago at this point. GO ELSEWHERE!!

Never again will I order from this location. Their site list bagel worth cream cheese, so I ordered that with side order of jelly and they spread jelly on the bagel with no cream cheese. Smh. No to mention their baked hash brown. Yuk.

Went to get a western this morning, and had a horribly limited supply of bagels at 7 am, Also they had all the ingredients except bacon to make the western and the employee I dealt with just didn’t feel like making it. One star.

I will NEVER go there again!!!You must be kidding…the cost of two plain uncut bagels, and a small coffee was $7.70!!!! And… the majority of the plain bagels were burnt. The people working there were unpleasant at best!!I truly wish I would’ve said keep it, but instead I paid in cash. In the past, I went here quite often when I was still teaching. Again, I will never go there again!!Went across the street and up the hill and got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich for six dollars. I will continue to go there instead of Bruggers for sure.

I have not been there in a while. I stoped going because the Staff and management was horribly rude and had the worst attitudes. If the managers there are 2 woman I definitely won’t be returning. This location used to be so great!!! Sucks that the staff ruined it for the Trumbull
1 star because the sandwiches are good when they are actually made right, which most times they are not.This place is a disappointment to say the least. I've tried to give this place multiple chances, but every time I'm here there's always a problem. By 10:00am they're usually out of most bagels or they're missing 90% of sandwich ingredients. Today I was told that their ovens were down and they couldn't make sandwiches the rest of the day...at 11:30am on a Sunday, seriously? There's also no tables and chairs to sit and eat, and the place is filthy. The employees that work weekend mornings seriously need better staff training. I was waiting to check out one morning and the girl at the front register would have rather have a 5 minute conversation with a friend as the long line grew behind us. Seriously, if you want Bruegger's go to the Orange location. If you're in the Trumbull area, do yourself a favor and check out J Bagels. Unless serious changes are made, I'm never going here again.

Decent bagel. They are a chain and it shows. Nothing like a bagel from a shop in NJ or NY. They looked at me funny when I asked for Taylor Ham. Didn't realize being 30 minutes from NY meant it wasn't available. A 'must have' for any bagel place. The parking it's also very bad. You have to drive down this tiny alley to get around to the back. I am from out of state so was a bit confusing.

This is one of the worst retail establishments I've ever been to. There were at least 10 employees when I walked in not doing anything except gabbing amongst themselves. They had run out of bagels except for plain. I had to repeat my order 4 times before the employee could remember it. The coffee area was filthy (as were the main counters) and the milk, cream, napkin, and sugar dispensers were all empty. The employees looked dirty, as though they just rolled out of bed. One of them was actually complaining to a coworker about her tip. Tip?? Who would tip these people? I think this store is worth a trip by the local Health Inspector. It's disgusting.

Not good!! I got two bagels, one barely had any cream cheese. I paid more for the other bagel because it had Turkey and there was barely any turkey on it as well! I couldn’t taste anything other than the bagel. Do yourself a favor, pick other bagel spots l.
