Charleys Cheesesteaks

Be warned that you should not order ahead or they will let someone steal your food. Then they will treatyou like they did something wrong. They do not care about customers. No one will ever reply when you contact the company about this. I was a loyal customer until I was treated so bad.

Rotten food. No response from corporate.

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

We ordered bone in and when my son started eqit was boneless, so I told the lady that prepared the food, I show it to her, she told me not to touch the food and “now she had to throw it in the garbage”, so I said unless you are planning to recycle it for the next costumer, you really should throw it. She was insisting that I should have not touched the food so she don’t have to throw it, I said my son bite into it already so what was the point of me touching, unless you plan to give it to the next costumer.

Son rápido y buenos sándwiches

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

Wrong order

I ordered a sándwich with no tomato and no onion but was given both also the food was cold and the lettuce looked like someone was rushing.

I purchased a Philly cheesesteak. The menu said it came with onions peppers and mushrooms and mayo. I also added L&T.
I asked for no onions, when I got home there were no onions on the first have but several on the second, no mushrooms. I asked for a cup of ice and said that I would pay for it. She looked at the register like she was going to ring me up and then said we don't do that. I told her I would pay for it and she said we don't do that.

Got a lovely $13 cheesesteak. About as much meat as a mcdonalds double cheeseburger. Haphazardly thrown on the bun. They won't get my money again.

We ordered ther teriyaki chicken which had hardly any chicken and was so wet, couldn't even pick up the bread. We also had the original cheese steak. The steak and sandwich overall was sadly disappointing from quality of meat to the flavor. For the price, quality and flavor of the food, never going to eat at this establishment again .
