Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

Wrong order

I ordered a sándwich with no tomato and no onion but was given both also the food was cold and the lettuce looked like someone was rushing.

I purchased a Philly cheesesteak. The menu said it came with onions peppers and mushrooms and mayo. I also added L&T.
I asked for no onions, when I got home there were no onions on the first have but several on the second, no mushrooms. I asked for a cup of ice and said that I would pay for it. She looked at the register like she was going to ring me up and then said we don't do that. I told her I would pay for it and she said we don't do that.

Got a lovely $13 cheesesteak. About as much meat as a mcdonalds double cheeseburger. Haphazardly thrown on the bun. They won't get my money again.

We ordered ther teriyaki chicken which had hardly any chicken and was so wet, couldn't even pick up the bread. We also had the original cheese steak. The steak and sandwich overall was sadly disappointing from quality of meat to the flavor. For the price, quality and flavor of the food, never going to eat at this establishment again .

I went there before for their actual steak and cheese one day It was Trash highly not recommended which would be the real reason anybody goes there ...so I figured a another chance was presented so I ordered a large Chicken Teriyaki. And man It was a satisfying experience that will bring you back for another one

Racists. They are the only establishment in the mall to request to see your phone when an online order is placed. No body else requests to see such proof. My daughter placed this order...so i had to text her to send me a copy of the order.The order was less than $15, so there really is no excuse to not hand over the order.

I just left Charley's at 2:00pm today (9/6) and the cashier (hispanic woman) over charged me. I ordered a regular lemonade and a chicken philly special and I was charged $15. Not cool.
