I purchased a Philly cheesesteak. The menu said it came with onions peppers and mushrooms and mayo. I also added L&T.
I asked for no onions, when I got home there were no onions on the first have but several on the second, no mushrooms. I asked for a cup of ice and said that I would pay for it. She looked at the register like she was going to ring me up and then said we don't do that. I told her I would pay for it and she said we don't do that.

I went there before for their actual steak and cheese one day It was Trash highly not recommended which would be the real reason anybody goes there ...so I figured a another chance was presented so I ordered a large Chicken Teriyaki. And man It was a satisfying experience that will bring you back for another one

I am updating this review because customer service and the manager Orlando reached to me and apologized for the inconvenience and offered to replace our orders. This really showed me that Charleys listen to their customers and I appreciate the attention. Thank you********Terrible service. It seems like the cooks are not properly trained. I got a messy cold sandwich that was sitting there for over half an hour. Took us an hour to get our order because the staff seemed lost and...
