STAY AWAY!!!! Especially FREDY, the faux manager, who acts like people are beneath him. He also does not honor any of the specials the entire Dunkin' operation is running...triple-charging at times as well. Corporate should be made aware of this also. I don't understand how you can skimp on things that are requirements in the order.

Beyond this, if you are out of items--more specifically, munchkins, then don't let customers be able to order them. He didn't even want to offer a substitute like a donut that I could cut up for my son in replacement since it was close to the original flavor (glazed)...FREDY said that he couldn't do it since the donut is more. We are talking 20 cents, mind you, and they were about to close! Are you guys holding onto the donuts for the next day? I thought they were made fresh. And if they aren't, thats also room for concern, because if you are going to throw them out, why all the pushback. I think he should be demoted, as he has no customer service skills, and is not upholding the tenets set by the company/brand. STAY AWAYYYYYY! The one in Monroe is much better!

Today I asked for a muffin and was offered a croissant instead. When I repeated that I wanted a muffin, the employee yelled at me rather than offering another muffin option. This was rude and unprofessional. I expect better service from Dunkin’.

Everybody here is absolutely amazing. Liz the manager is the best! Also big shoutout to Reyna, Michelle, Ana, Liz-Marie, Fredy. I come here every morning and sometimes, I don’t even want coffee I just love feeling like a valued customer and want to come in and chat! It starts my day on a great note and that’s thanks to the amazing team here. Thank you so much Dunkin Trumbull!!!

Customer service here is absolutely horrible. Specifically, one man in general, a little on the short side with a scruffy beard that always gives me the dirtiest look whenever I walk in the store, like he’s pissed off to see me, when I’ve done absolutely nothing and have said absolutely nothing negative to anyone to create that response. There’s only two out of the whole staff that are actually nice and professional that greet me with a smile and we small talk while I place my order. It’s a shame because I live right up the street and this is where I get my coffee in the morning before work, but I’m starting to get tired of the horrible customer service. You’ve got workers coming and going like a revolving door and they all have bad attitudes. You barely see the same worker there multiple times a week. Coffee is made right most of the time but the food is always made horrible, and customer service is always horrible. Would definitely recommend to go to a different Dunkin if possible.

I frequent different DD between stamford, norwalk and Trumbull. Sorry but this is the worst dunkin in the area. Drinks not made correctly even though I use the app. Cold hash browns. Sometimes it tastes like they don't even put an espresso shot in the latte just steamed milk. Drinks have come out absolutely scalding hot which ive never experienced at any DD. The employees working the drive thru are unfriendly. Seem annoyed you’re there. I get its busy, but so is every DD. Skip this one and find another location. Will not be back

Literally the absolute worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. First you should hire associates that understand English! I ordered a bagel twist which I was never offered cream cheese with or was told it was an extra charge when I asked for it. Bagel was an absolute baseball bat it was so hard. Not even warmed up or was even offered that as well. I asked 3 times for orange juice before it registered with the sales lady! Then my sister in law had her order messed up and the manager started an argument with her! Read the past reviews, the manager obviously has problems.

We recently worked with Dunkin’ Donuts for our high school football fundraiser, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! A huge shoutout to Elisabeth , the manager, who went above and beyond to help us figure out exactly what we needed. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The rest of the staff deserves just as much credit—I frequent there often and they are always friendly and helpful. Thanks again to Elisabeth and the whole crew for helping make our fundraiser a success!

Terrible experience today 2/26/25, at 4 pm.
I asked for a cream cheese bagel.
The middle age person who was attending to the food was rude and TOTALY OUT OF LINE.
When the bagel came out the oven, she slapped on a smudge of cream cheese only on one side.
I asked to add some on the other side and cut it in a half.
She did, but not cutting it.
When I asked again to please cut it in half, she told me that she WILL GIVE ME THE KNIFE to cut it.
WHATTTTTTT...........I was shocked....and said that she should do that not me.
Then she threw the bag on the counter.
NEVER saw an attitude like this.....
I did say that it was rude and unacceptable customer service, and that I will complain to the manager.
She waived the hand to me, I DON'T CARE....
This person does not belong in customer service , and hope that she will be replaced.
Hope that the owners are reading this review, and take action.

Well wow what could I say came through the drive thru about 8:39am with me and my mom.
If I could rate this Dunkin Donuts a zero I would. I have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts off and on and I have to say my experience was horrible the lady who was taking my order is guessing she was the manager was very rude and rushing me to place my order on top of it the staff is very unprofessional. Me and my mom order two avocado toast and Whoopi’s pie specialty donut. The avocado was half way burn and hard as a rock any more longer it would have been called rock and toasted avocado.
I wouldn’t recommend going here your best bet going elsewhere either Dunkin’ Donuts on Main Street in Bridgeport everyone is really nice and give you some time to order without being talked over.
I understand reviews may not matter but I wouldn’t want another customer experiences what i experience. I understand I absolutely can go elsewhere.

Just unacceptable
Your best bet order a coffee don’t eat the food toooo well done to the point it’s rock hard and burnt don’t waste your time.
It’s not about the money it about the quality of food being reasonable.
It’s a reason why there’s low review for a reason
I recommend looking at those reviews than the five stars different staff and managers who has the same energy that they don’t want to be there and has a huge attitude.

We were waiting for test results at the Vet across the street so we walked over. The cashier that took our order was not particularly nice, did not listen to what we were ordering and was impatient... like we were bothering her by being there. Another male staffer was polite at least. The food, eventhough it was not exactly what we ordered, was decent. The store was fairly clean. Service is the issue here.
