Terrible service the guy cancelled my order mid way through and made me wait 15 minutes at the counter and didn’t even mention my order. Absolutely disgusting behavior I expect better.

Staff is incredible here, quick, and considerate. I’m an everyday costumer, just moved town and after a few days the whole staff remembered my drink order and they always have it ready for me by the time I hit the register.
I was greeted by Gaytoria(not sure if I spelled it right... and was treated out of this world with customer service I never received at any dunkin EVER! They Shay made my food and made sure it was to perfection and my liking.. I will come from Monroe to receive this every time I crave dunkin.
