Had a great time at Ecco with the fam even after almost having to break out the swim trunks to get there! Apparently, it was Monsoon Season in CT on Saturday evening...Anywho, the atmosphere, food, & wine were excellent but the service really stood out! Our server, Matthew, is the best in the game and was highly personable/knowledgeable about everything. Thanks for the recommendation on the type of sauce to get for the Steak, Matt! My fiancee ended up taking the majority of mine because she enjoyed it so much...Now all we need to do is get you guys some Hawk Ridge wine to serve! We will be back!

Great Italian food, served quickly and with great service. We had a couple bottles of Chianti which were very nice. Pasta, chicken, shrimp, steak meals were all good. We’ll be back!

2nd visit. This is such a nice place - beautiful room. Visited at 4 pm on Sunday 3/17. Very quiet at that hour, (so much busier later in the evening!) sat in a nice booth near the bar. Tuna tartare & the shrimp scampi apps were perfect. Will definitely come again.

We stopped in to have lunch. The restaurant is quite big. They have a huge bar area, it definitely looks like this must be a hopping bar scene. The bar easily seats about 50 people. We were seated in the bar area but at a booth. They have a nice sized dining area with what looks like a private dining area which can accommodate a large group.The service was quick and efficient. I ordered the Campagna salad with grilled chicken, my girlfriend had the Margherita pizza. She enjoyed her pizza and my salad was excellent. The salad came with mixed greens, walnuts, cranberries, Gorgonzola cheese with balsamic dressing. It was a nice portion and tasted even better. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was ok. Overall, we had a good experience and will visit again.

Made a reservation several days in advance and waited 30 min to be seated. Restaurant over books. Manager was unprofessional when asked about the wait. Food was very good.
4 stars is a reach. The Calamari salad was very good so pushed it from 3 star to 4 star. I really want to like this place but there's something about it that I can't quite put my finger on. Maybe it's the "chain" feel to it. Decent restaurant but don't expect to be overwhelmed.

Very loud, very expensive and the Tapas ordered was excellent but the main dish ordered was horrible, dried out and I took it home and threw it away due to the preparation of the food, not because it tasted spoiled.I won't go back for a main meal, but I might go for one tapas dish (appetizer basically) and a drink which would cost aprox. $35It appears to be very trendy, Saturday definitely couples night.This place is far from the old Kimberly Inn from long ago!

Ecco restaurant continues to impress me every time I visit. Despite the bustling crowd, the food is consistently delicious, and the staff remains friendly and attentive. I've had the pleasure of attending a private party for a large group, and the service and food were exceptional for everyone. We have been to this restaurant several times over the past 3 years, and we have never had a bad meal. Staff are wonderful! Food is fabulous! The place is always crowded. To make a reservation you need a party of 4.
Our waiter was very attentive, polite and took very good care of us. Made sure our food was dietary friendly for food allergies. Presentation was excellent and dinner was high quality. Overall, the best dining experience my wife and I had in many years. Matthew was an exceptional waiter.
