Cancelled order because after 20 minutes, they didn't even know they had online orders. 3 people standing around and a guy that's not working, also standing behind where the workers are. Pizza is fine for something you'd find in the mall. I've gotten food here a few times in the past. There is a new staff member I've never seen before that was extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful. My interaction with them was tolerable but I watched them say to another customer "ugh girlie what did you order?? That's disgusting!!" Then the staff member added more marinara sauce to this customers order without the customer requesting it. I also observed this staff member acting aggressively and bullying another staff member.

Stopped at the mall on a road trip with 2 kids in tow. The slice of cheese and garlic knots was a hit with the 3 year old. I got chicken Alfredo and potatoes. The chicken was super tender and the sauce was flavorful. I was expecting a mall fast food joint but the food was restaurant quality. The staff was friendly and very engaging. A noticeably great experience I wasn't expecting.

Came to the mall to grab some food . Opted for this spot and got the #2 combo that comes with pasta salad garlic knots and a drink . Asked for dressing for the salad. Its $1 extra for dressing even though the combo itself comes with a side salad how can you run a combo that offers a salad and upcharge a side of dressing . Spoke to the cashier and told him why is there an upcharge on the dressing if the salad is being sold w the combo he said its not a full salad so the dressing is extra .
