Usual MCD speed and service. Why are iced coffees not stirred/mixed anymore? Is it me? I understand the Macchiato concept but that's not what I ordered.

Saw this as a McDonald's off the highway, thought it would be a quick stop. Should have turned around when I saw it was a mall, with lanes closed for construction. Went in, hoping to find food court quickly. After a ten minute maze, found food court. No McDonald's. Wasting time eating at Panera. Ridiculous.
CLOSED! You are closed?.... I never heard of a McDonald's location in a MALL closing. While there are many other vacancies in the Westfield Trumbull Mall, I would be interested to know how & why you closed this location. Is it a sign of the times?.. is it due to mis-management?.. covid?.. competition? I'm sure many would like to know how a McDonald's in a MALL closes. Very confused, and concerned.
