I tried to order 10 5$ meal deals for me and my family. after a long day of work, and the girl said that she wasn’t gonna serve us. She didn’t believe that we were gonna pay for which we were. After said that we were gonna pay for our food, she continues to laugh and say that we were not getting our food. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR STARVING THEY WILL NOT SERVE YOU.

I ordered via app breakfast on a Monday morning. I placed the order at 10:10am. And received confirmation that they were starting my order. So when I get there at 10:15 they tell me my order was cancelled. Because breakfast is over at 10:30am. And that I would get a refund. And if I still wanted breakfast I had to reorder everything in the drive through. Which I did and paid again. I never received my money back from the App. I wasn’t the only one they did this to that morning. There was another customer they did that to. Seems like they are cancelling peoples breakfast orders just so they can start lunch at 11am. But if the app lets you place it. Why should they cancel it? Seems unfair and now I lost out on a refund.

Was there today (Friday). No one inside in line. Busy drive thru. Went to order and cashier put her finger up to stop me. Didn't say a word. Stood there with no-one in front of me for FIVE minutes. Apparently she was waiting for someone to get money. But still could've taken my order instead of making me wait. Or moved to another register. Poorly trained and poor customer service. You don't make people wait!!! I was hungry but you make me lose my appetite!! I will think twice about going back here.

Employees were polite. My order was wrong. I got the wrong sandwich. Sandwich I received I ate anyway because I didn't want to drive back. My fault for not double checking. Anyway hash browns were very oily and wet. I didn't finish that. My coffee wasn't mixed either. Good thing I was just visiting the area. Wouldn't come back to this location.

Bad service, they don't serve immediately after 5 minutes you have to ask if they have staff to serve and the worst thing is they are in the kitchen they see the customer and they don't care
