Never fails on my Uber eats order. Everything I've ordered so far is really well seasoned, hot, homestyle, mom's cooking. Tastes fresh, done to order and genuine. Love everything so far especially the Grilled Chicken bacon club and the Lamb gyros. Five stars

If I could give this restaurant a 0 I would. 152.00 from door dash for a crab cake that was unrecognizable and smelled like old rotten fish, a steak sandwich that barely had any onions or peppers and no cheese and steak was mostly fat. Coconut shrimp was reheated shrimp cocktail that was thrown into a fryer with a coating and burnt, burger was raw. I would say stay as far away as possible! Will never eat from there again!

Wonderful staff. "D" was great taking care of my family. Food was pure awesome.
Today I came in to pick up a family meal. When I arrived I was given a single meal of chicken Marsala instead. When I let the receptionist know I ordered a family meal she asked for a moment and got the manager. Kathy came and I explained that I ordered a family meal. In a very condescending way she said “I took your order and I specifically asked you if you wanted a chicken Marsala individual” when I attempted to explain that I asked about a family meal she, again, very rudely said “I’ll make it again but you didn’t order the family meal”. Reflecting on this interaction for a few minutes as my new order was being made I asked the woman at the front if I could speak with the manager again. Kathy came over and I explained that I am a manager of an organization as well and I could never fathom speaking to a customer in the way she spoke to me. She insisted that I ordered incorrectly and then told me “all the calls are recorded, I’ll gladly go back and listen” to which I told her I wish she would. Then I began explaining the conversation I had on the phone when I ordered asking if the family meal came with rice. At this point, Kathy realized she had spoken to a different person (named Laurie) not me and my order was actually ready to be given to me. She apolgozed in a very disigenuine way. I shared that we typically come to Old Towne 2x/week and we will not be back.

Most kid menus are unhealthy, including this one, so I always try to give my 3 year old real "adult" food. I specifically chose Old Towne because I figured I could get a scoop of tuna for $9 or so, around the same price as the other options on the kid menu. I ordered myself the tuna melt which was $14.99 and included avocado, cheese, fries etc. The manager said she could NOT give me a scoop of tuna unless she charged me the full price of another tuna melt. She went on and on about the price of tuna. I am sorry but is this sushi grade tuna? Caviar of the Sea? Also how is a scoop of tuna with no bread, fries, avocado etc $14.99? The loss of a customer is much more than what it would have been to accommodate a simple request. The manager was neither polite nor understanding and frankly we won't be back.

I have eaten in the restaurant many times on a Friday night. Food and service always good. Take out however leaves A LOT TO BE DESIRED. Ordered a lamb gyro with side Greek salad and extra tzatziki. Simple right? Apparently not! Gyro meat was cbar… charred beyond all recognition… minimal lettuce and tomato … no tzatziki and certainly no extra tzatziki as ordered. I’ll revisit to eat in but will take my business elsewhere for take out!!

We ordered two of the specials in addition to other food and were not given the correct sides. Without any notice we were given a substitute and when we called and offered to drive back to get what we ordered and paid for, we were told they “ran out.” We ordered a dinner special at 6:15, how is it possible to run out of onion rings at 6:15 p.m? At the very least, poor management, or worse, flat out lie.

I love the pizza absolutely. one of my favorites the hamburger pizza. I have done thier catering which is pretty good too. Not a big fan of dinning in.

I give 5 stars to their pizza. Their thin crust is amazing. In my opinion the other meals I've had were standard diner type food. Good portions but not excellent flavor. The pizza is amazing however.
