I came here with my niece who was very excited to have a bread bowl Mac and cheese. Unfortunately when we got home we realized they didn’t put the bread bowl in our bag. To say the least my niece was very sad to find out. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

SLOWEST PANERA IN THE COUNTRY! Even if you order a pick up order its a hit or miss its either ready in 5 mins or less or you arrive at the store after preordering it and it takes over 30 minutes to prepare. General manager is a very kind man, but the employees are beyond slow, they have no sense of urgency or care. If your a member of the sip club it will say the cup is ready, but you always have to ask for it when you arrive or youll be standing there for 10-15 mins for someone to bring it out finally to pick up rack

I ordered food to pick up, the wait time on my food was over 45 minutes, the people in food preparation were playing and talking loudly, the were not focusing on preparing food. The personal is not good. Plus it was not clean dishes were pile and garbage on the floor. I have pictures of it.

Clear lack of regard for any modifications, including ones that were paid for. Half the sandwich was even made completely different for some reason. Had a ridiculous wait when there were barely any orders on the screen ahead. Even the damn pickle couldn't escape this place's mediocrity, mf was chewy.Anyway, if any staff are reading this, please buy the poor girl on dining a cordless vacuum, have you ever tried sweeping on carpet?
