Now, I never ever write reviews, as I’m just an easy-going, genuine girl who will say whatever she feels best in person, but after taking a single sip of my ‘Iced Peeps Latte’ made by the name ‘Emily’ on my receipt, or whoever the absolute sweetheart is working at 6:40 PM on 03/21/24, I could not go without writing this and making sure she gets her due credit. I have been a loyal customer to Plasko’s for as long as I can remember, having grown up right around the corner from here in Stratford, CT, and come in just about on a weekly basis now, and this coffee I just received is hands-down the best one I’ve ever tasted in my life. I’m the biggest coffee lover I know, and I just need my fellow customers and the admirable staff to know here that this amazing human being went above and beyond in her customer service skills, made me feel so welcomed and seen right away, took my order with care and letted me know that this was her first time making this seasonal drink yet as it just dropped on their menu today, and I just have to say they absolutely made it to pure perfection. Thank you, Emily, or whoever you may be checked-in at this time, and the Plasko’s team for never failing to deliver precisely what I’m looking for and more, always exceeding any expectations one can have for their trip here. You will always be like home to me. Sincerely, An In-Awe Customer For Life ❤️

We absolutely love Plasko's! We just discovered it and have been coming every week ever since! The spinach/feta croissants are super delicious! Literally a pregnant girls dream come true, so good! The brown sugar cinnamon iced coffee is so good too, we get ours with some oat milk. The apple cider donuts and pies aren't to be missed either. So far we've had the blueberry pie and ordered a bumleberry pie for Easter. Thinking of trying the peach pie this weekend. The ice cream parlor also makes a fabulous banana ice cream. Everything has been amazing so far and the fireplace provides the perfect ambiance. 10/10

Love this place. I go almost everyday for coffee in the morning. On occasion I bring the kids in for some treats, whether it’s the creamery or a cinnamon roll from the cafe. Gaetane, Keyre and the entire cafe staff are always so welcoming and have my coffee order ready before I even walk in the door! Highly recommend!

My kids love this place. It’s a local favorite. Some favorited are their ice creams, apple cider donuts and their muffins. In fall they have the corn maze, October they sell Pumpkins and December they sell Christmas wreathes and more. Some Sundays they have events such as the classic car show. Normally when it’s still warm outside. Great farm cafe. We frequent this place.

We ordered coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The coffee was fine. Nothing special, but definitely not terrible. The breakfast sandwiches were prepared in the microwave and they were made by the person who was taking orders. This person pressed buttons on the computer and handled money, then with the same gloves, went back and prepared food. Gloves should be changed and hands should be washed in between each transaction.

Great place. I live in Trumbull and I like the addition of the cafe'. Quality coffee and baked goods are the real deal. Nice to see local independent stores doing it right. Limited options in town, and if they're smart they'll realize that great food and great service will attract a loyal following. You don't need a million menu options. Just do the core menu phenomenally.

Went with my nephews on this nice autumn sunday. There's a small lot you can park in, it's dirt so can get muddy. I saw a lot outside on the side street by thre creamery too. Probably the smarter choice. As soon as we parked we were greeted by two sizable donkeys! You can also buy pumpkins and apples in the lot. Kids 12 and under pay kids price, older pay adult, children less that 3 are free. They explain the game to you and how to go along looking for 'the lost dog'. It was fun and gives you something to work twds! Trying to find the clues was great for the kids. There was a crowd by most of the clues, waiting for their turn to read the board. It was fairly easy to social distance. The path is very 'rustic'.. be careful! I cringed when my nephews ran bc I thought for sure they'd fall on a rock. Once we were done, we went to creamery. I ordered cookie dough. Maybe I got the bottom of the barrel bc there was no dough in mine at all. Like none. Just some random chocolate chips. I almost thought I ordered vanilla or something but, no, I just got a bad scoop. Woulda been mad but the apple cinnamon scones more than made up for it. Soooooooooooo good. Like, those went straight to my bedroom, nobody getting any! My nephew got the apple donuts. He only wanted 1, but you have to buy a pack. So he wound up eating 2 and giving rest to me bc he knows his weaknesses! Another nephew has cotton candy icee which I guess was good bc he gobbled it down. Great experience. Happy for the recommendation from the race director of the great pumpkin race, Marty! We'll for sure return...I need redemption on the ice cream.Update 2023- went back and just as fun as the first time. It was a hot Saturday. The staff informed us the rain flooded the back half of the corn maze, so the maze was rocky and smaller, but they made it more difficult. We had a blast, only one trip over the rocks ! We got all the clues and I got the most points, so o got a ticket for a free drink. Well I forgot to cash in my ticket, but e went to creamery and I got an ice cream sandwich - salted caramel ice cream scooped between two salted camarel . It was so friggin good y'all! One nephew got mint chocolate chip in waffle cone with sour patch kids on the side. The other got a blue slushie. Everyone was happy! It was so crowded w just squatted on the grass in the shade and enjoyed people watching and our treats. Such a fun day.Parking: I believe the lot was a pay one. But we parked in the residential street adjacent to the farm with lots of other and walked back up to the farm.Kid-friendliness: Kids will absolutely have a blast.

Ice cream side is great, love the quality and variety. The cafe side is not very good. Twice we had the same experience: cheap coffee and a visibly miserable person serving us like she was doing us a big favor.

I came here, because they were featured on a segment on Channel 12 News! The only working farm in Trumbull:) I was quite pleasantly surprised with the aesthetics of the farm itself! But not impressed with the coffee shop, I had high hopes due the Story about them... The coffee was burnt and the bagel was a hockey puck! Okay moving along... I went into the bakery and ice cream shoppe so adorable but to my dismay two women bought pies and each had mold on them! Needless to say to take a walk around its A+ but I would skip the coffee shop and bakery:( I didn't try the ice cream but previous reviews were good ???
