I sometimes order from Uber Eats, and they’re always either missing something or giving me a totally different item and not telling me. Very unprofessional.

Ordered on Uber eats and only had a few bites of the chicken as it tasted off. 2 hours later I had food poisoning and was over the bowl the whole night and next day. Awful experience would never order from here again. I had to leave work that night due to my illness. I order from the Danbury location all the time and have never had this issue but decided to try this one as it was cheaper on Uber eats. Big mistake I work in food service and have never gotten food poisoning for food I paid for even when I can tell it’s been sitting out for a bit. This was truly a nightmare experience.

I'm Brazilian and I worked at this place, since the first day I started working here since I don't understand Spanish so well I suffer discrimination from the manager named Ruben, he humiliate me every day he yells at me all the time for no reason, I work well I clean the whole place on days I work, he makes me clean stuffs the girls didn't do the days I didn't work, he discount my hrs of work and I don't even get a break, he treats me bad and indifferent he don't let me go to the bathroom sometimes and he sleeps for hrs in his car and only comes back when it's time to close the store.

Kid-friendliness: It was about as kid friendly as any other fast food establishment. There isn’t a small soda size for kids. I’m not sure if there is a kids meal, but there is small enough portion sizes you could get for a kid. The price wont be cost effective though.

Forgot half my order and they made everything while I was there rice was cold! And my order was missing half of every combo !

The food was okay fasted service but when it come to the people that work in the front they are very rude n the manager is no better I was asking about new wings n he was very rude bec he couldn’t understand me

Painfully slow service. Don't think staff stay long here. Always new faces. Last time my chicken strips were not fully cooked and the fountain sprite is nasty like all other fountain drinks. Will only go for fries

Chicken was soggy. Sandwich tasted like it was sitting around for a while. Small amount of sauce. Didn't taste fresh.

I use to work as a GM of that I left because Bill and William are horrible bosses they run me to the ground I try my best I couldn't take it anymore the are racist the don like black people why I'll tell you what happened to me I came into work on my normal day bill was sitting in the lobby I went over to him and ask him why you here he said to see how things is going I said ok he ask about one employee then I said ok I started my day he went into the store watching things we dis things the office after I started talking to team then he call to the lobby then Ruben and William approached me so I'm Puzzle so bill saids to me oh we gonna lett you go I said for what he sales which is out of my control so I was upset up with no warning no verbal so I said ok they all look at each other mind you when I seen bill earlier they wasn't no where to be found so I got my belongings together and left now new gm Ruben took assistance manager shirt and night team told both of them to strip from there shirt on the floor in front customers and the team this is what im hearing im getting phone calls left and right and my whole team is black they jad a whole team of Spanish employees came in took there hours as we speak they are still doing it i feel disrespected because skin something has to be done about this i want feeling well at times they waa takin money from me i definitely said something about that thia Popeyes need to be shut down not because I'm not there because they fires over sakes because they are racist go look tomorrow and see for yourself

both times i have tried to order from here something has been wrong, first time they did not give me any of the sides i paid for, then the second time they gave me the completely wrong order, i ordered a big box with 2 breasts and 2 biscuits, and a mac and cheese, and got a regular chicken sandwich soaked in mayonnaise and fries. i wasn't the only one there complaining. multiple people had their orders skipped or wrong as well. I will probably NEVER come back to this location, very disappointed.

We ordered a burger, the bread had mold, I returned the food asking for refund. The staff called for this woman who seemed to be a supervisor. She did not seem to be very surprised (I assume she knew how badly this store has been operated and how little they cared) and did not even say sorry. After she did the payment refund to my card I asked for a receipt she complied with an attitude and said to me “I already apologized you don’t need to give me an attitude”. Sure I should not have been upset when I was served with food with disgusting mold and I should not asked for receipt because why should I bother the nice lady who already so nice to agree to refund already?
