Love their coffee!! Staff is super friendly. Organic is very important to me, so that’s a huge plus. Their seasonal drinks are so good too!

I'm an espresso hobbyist and just moved to the area. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great local roaster so close to my house. These guys are legit. Great selection of single origin and blends. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

These folks really know coffee! I’ve never had a bad batch, they always give great recommendations, and I now have friends in a couple different states who are addicted! LOL. This place is totally worth it

This is for the Trumbull location where the coffee is roasted freshly and often. I can't do this business enough justice with just a review here on Google. You'd have to go for yourself in person and purchase a bag or 2 of this amazing coffee. There are many roasts and origins to chose from and the staff there is absolutely fantastic with how you're treated and they take time to answer any questions you might have. Thanks to all who work at this location and all you do is well appreciated with every shot of espresso or cup of delicious coffee no matter how its brewed. Oh. And they sell brewing supplies and accessories for your greatest cup possible at home.

Good coffee and a very knowledgeable staff. Be aware that the Trumbull location isn't a full serve coffee shop, really just for tastings. They DO NOT have milk.

Christian, Pat, and Ed are all super passionate and knowledable about all aspects of coffee and are willing to work with you to get you what you need whether it is pre ground or an entire brewing set up. Highly recommended and we are super fortunate to have such good coffee in this region.

I feel very lucky to have a place like this relatively close by. CT is a state that is behind the times when it comes to quality small batch coffee so it was very refreshing to find a place like Shearwater Coffee Roasters. There is a huge selection of single origin coffees and brew methods to choose from on the menu. There's also plenty of gear here if you are looking to brew your coffee at home.
