By far the worst Starbucks by a mile, despite living 2 minutes away from the location I choose to go to another one. It’s not the long lines or the fact that staff has an attitude and choose to speak ill of the customer with the window open while the customer can hear them and the GM and nothing a simple sorry to say. It’s not the fact that they can never get a simple dirty chai latte correctly. It’s either the water is missing or the syrup is missing but is the fact the service is horrible and just plain shameful and if this is the kind of service that Starbucks pride themselves on then maybe I should just boycott Starbucks. Sad.

Only one person working so slow in drive up at the order both waiting for them to respond for 20 mins. If you can't multitask get another job.

Placed a mobile order and arrived two minutes after the estimated ready time. Pulled up to the drive-thru and got a lecture on how mobile ordering works. Was told that the order wasn't ready yet and I should wait 5-10 minutes after the estimate time because they have a lot of mobile orders. Asked me to park, wait, and come back.
I parked, waited, and came back to the drive-thru five minutes later and picked up the order.
I've used mobile ordering for years and DID NOT appreciate the little snot at the window to be lecturing me on how to place an order. Last time for me at this Starbucks.
Do better!

“Well you should have said that then,” was the response I received from one of their employees today. Completely unprofessional and unwarranted. I ended up canceling my whole order.

Drive through is always backed up. And they will make your drink once you order it, but you don't reach the window after about 10 minutes, and my Frappuccino is all watery. They will remake it, but now it's taking more time! Definitely over priced but I do like to treat myself to a Vanila bean creme Frappuccino with Java chips blended. Yum

Waiting 15 minutes plus for a shot of expresso, with nobody in line was pretty ridiculous. The staff tells me they are still working on it. 7 staff behind the counter

I've had multiple bad experiences at this location. They fill the cups halfway, the baristas have bad attitudes every time, and they gave me a hard time about redeeming an offer on my app. We won't be back.

Girl was so rude I left without getting anything. Sorry you have to work on Christmas, get a different job if you don’t like it. I’m happy to spend my money elsewhere.

This review is specifically about beverage orders. This location has stopped putting the sticker order on the cups, while other locations still do this. For someone with a dairy intolerance, it feels reassuring seeing "almond milk" or "oat milk" listed on the cup. I know other coffee shops don't put stickers on their cups, however they will hand you the beverage and say "with oat milk" so you know.

Whew, y’all are strict!

I come here to work every now and again and witness staff welcome everyone who walks through the door (most visitors don’t acknowledge engagement). Staff is focused, not disruptive and efficient considering all customers (sit in/ walk in/ orders/ drive through). Additionally, my orders meet the standard of how they’re ordered. Music could be just a likkle lower 🥲

Be understanding of/kind to service staff and speak up sooner than later, closed mouths don’t get fed — quite literally.

Keep up the good work!

the music is like 80 - 90 decibels and it’s kind of insane inside. also the drinks are hit or miss compared to other starbucks. basically this location is blight, except that the service is good

This morning I ordered on the app because my wife really wanted the Caramel Brûlée Latte, and I planned to get a regular coffee. The app had ALL options for a regular brewed coffee as unavailable, so I decided to get myself a Gingerbread Latte and added 2 shots of espresso. For the 2 drinks, it was over $15, which is what it is, but BOTH drinks were filled only about 75% of the way. My latte with 4 shots tasted like straight milk still. Terrible experience after not having regular brewed coffee and having to pay more for a drink I didn’t really want, and to get underserved with both cups. It would be one thing if either drink was close to the top, but you could have easily fit both into the next size smaller and probably still not be filled to the top. I suggest going to Plaskos instead, they at least give you the full amount you pay for and their drinks are just as good, if not better.

I’m regular here and I love this place but from past one month I’m hating this because there is a girl in the front desk who doesn’t even care what the person is ordering and she make faces she laugh at the face. I don’t know why she keeps on laughing. I don’t know Her name, but if I would know, I would definitely mention her name here. She doesn’t even take order properly. I am hating to visit the store just because of her. she’s a girl who is in teens I guess Or in her early 20s Kindly look at your employees and make sure that doesn’t make weird faces in front of customers and greet them. About the Frappuccino I loved it.
