My order was yet again!!! Usually I drive off and suck it up, but this time I was fed up, went back in and they wouldn’t give me a new one. I went into detail that it was made wrong and spoke with manager and still nothing!!! Will NEVER go to the Trumbull Starbucks ever again!!

I'll never spend another cent at Starbucks! The order was made wrong . I went back to get it right, but they said I was wrong. OK maybe I was not sure. I ended up buying another drink and he threw the first one away. I said I paid for that so I'll take it too but he had already thrown it out. They wouldn't make it again so I paid for two 8 dollar coffees and got one. Typical customer service these days. Horrible. Just walked away

Another successful holiday red cup celebration down! Set my alarm for 4:45 a.m., got there right as they opened, was the first in line in the drive-through (awe-struck), saw my favorite friendly faces, and enjoyed the holiday cheer! One of the best Starbucks in Fairfield County hands down. Always friendly, always efficient and fast, and always willing to help and make your day. This is my go to Starbucks for the past 8 years! Everyone has always been kind and welcoming. Truly from the managers I’ve met, to the baristas on site, I have always loved coming here. They have always made me feel like family and that is exactly what I look forward to every morning. Seeing their smiling faces, ready with my order and just start my day right. They know I love my water and I bring my personal cup. I’m very thankful for the people I’ve met. You guys always hire the right kind of people. Thank you!!!

Location is so severely slow. Waiting 25 minutes in a 4 car drivethru is unbelievably infuriating. Fix your horribly slow drivethru.

Most weekends when trying to order via mobile the app has 95% of the items as sold out I got into the store place order and they are not out , very confusing ! Happens almost every weekend ! Many times they close the store for random reasons

very busy coffee shop.. You may need to wait several minutes for your serving.. Nice big shopping area with large parking area.. Store is large, lots of tables you can sit around to have your coffee, and you will have internet access..

By far the worst Starbucks by a mile, despite living 2 minutes away from the location I choose to go to another one. It’s not the long lines or the fact that staff has an attitude and choose to speak ill of the customer with the window open while the customer can hear them and the GM and nothing a simple sorry to say. It’s not the fact that they can never get a simple dirty chai latte correctly. It’s either the water is missing or the syrup is missing but is the fact the service is horrible and just plain shameful and if this is the kind of service that Starbucks pride themselves on then maybe I should just boycott Starbucks. Sad.
