One of the worst Starbucks. Espresso machine not working, no croissant. What’s the point of having Starbucks if you don’t have basic two things that define Starbucks. A big loss of business for Starbucks. It lost around $100 business during 15 minutes I was there. Imagine how much its losing in a month. Someone’s not paying attention on basic store logistics.

This place is understaffed and the wait time is ridiculous. Here it is Friday afternoon and this girl has to do everything herself because the other girl went on break. Now it's crowded because she can't keep up. The girl is doing a good job but she needs help.

Every day I go to the gym and go in to get a coffee, this is the worst service there is!!!! Were the employees forced to work? If you don't like your job, find a job you love! Are these employees racist or not adapted to the US? I was the last one to receive my order with such a face as if they were forced to work! The worst service, the girls who serve are more busy with other things than prepare the orders, terrible attitude, they have a hard time opening the materials with such long nails, they talk more than they work, I had to see people ask for a refund for the time they spent waiting for their order, more than 15 minutes for an coffee?
