Very bad customer service ,messed up three other people's order and mine TWICE! . It's always something at this location, if I'm lucky enough for it to be open when I get there 8 out of 10 times they mess up orders.

I’ve tried giving this Starbucks the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe I just caught a new or inexperienced employee. But consistently, over the last couple of years, the drinks have been poorly made. Not all Target Starbucks locations are like this, it’s literally just this one for some reason. whoever is training the staff isn’t doing a good job, and some of the employees are just plain rude and dismissive. Tried explaining that my drink didn’t have the strawberry cold foam i paid extra for and was told it was in my drink even though i clearly could not see or taste it. And like the other comments said, if you go here, expect it to be a long wait for your order. Honestly, it’s not worth the convenience—just drive to another Starbucks.

This should really say “Starbucks AT TARGET” so people know while traveling. Nothing available inside anyways, waste of time.

Poor customer service. Starbucks cashier giving me attitude for no reason. I repeated my order twice. I then received milk for a vanilla blonde latte, didnt taste like coffee at all. I am usual at starbucks not at this location though, and I always receive good customer service in other locations. She was already upset about a previous order with another customer and started giving attitude as if I was my problem what had happened with the other customer. We are not getting the drinks for free…
