Save your time and just buy warm water. That’s all you get at this location. Cups filled maybe half way and it tastes like water. Wife and I got drinks and they taste nothing like what we ordered. One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to.

Starbucks just told me they are no longer carrying Equal or Sweet N Low in their stores. They offer Stevia. Sorry~that's not going to work for me.

Came here today and was greeted with an attitude from an employee who told me her name was samiya after I made it clear I would be complaining about the way she was acting. Behaved like she didn’t even want to serve me and then I had an attitude the whole time my order was being taken. It’s sad that another customer had the same experience and yet they keep this girl employed. I’ll save my money for a Starbucks that cares how their employees behave.

Had an extremely inconvenient and disrespectful experience today with a barista at this location that goes by the name “samiya” which I learned from another associate. Instead of fixing a mistake she made she would rather make a scene and embarrass herself further. She needs more customer service training and a lesson or two on listening to customers and keeping quiet. Will not be returning unless she no longer works at this location.

I had a wonderful experience when visiting the Starbucks in stop and shop the women were excellent listeners and got my drink 100% correct thanks girls! I highly recommend coming to this one instead of the one down the street much faster and very respectful employees!

This SB location is within the Stop&Shop store. It has all the amenities of a full SB location. The counter area was well stocked and well kept. The Barista provided great service on my huge order.

Asked for a venti pink drink with no strawberries. There was barely any strawberry açaí left and instead of making more, they filled my cup almost entirely with coconut milk and added strawberries on top to make it look fuller. I regret not saying anything but we waited almost 15 minutes already and wanted to go.

Coffee and food are great. Usually staffed by 1 or 2 so set your expectations accordingly. Staff nice and friendly.

I just went in for a cup of coffee. I've been in CVS so thought I would just walk in and skip the drive-thru. There were seven people behind the counter. I was the only customer in the store. It took a couple minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. That young man apologized when he was finally free to take my order. He seemed to be doing the hot food for all the drive-through and mobile orders as well as manning the counter. He was wearing a boot for some kind of foot injury. My complaint is not with him. It is first that they put drive-thru and mobile orders ahead of walk-ins, and second that there was one young man behind the counter just blabbering constantly to one of the young female workers the whole time I was in there. And I didn't observe him actually doing any work. That's just not a good look when you've got a customer needing service. If I could find a place to give them feedback, I would.

Unfortunately, this location needs a lot of help and additional training. I have attempted to order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew multiple times from them and even after they try to clarify with me or check the description in their training book, I still keep getting a vanilla cold brew with cold foam.
