Service tonight was great, the guy behind the counter was doing a good job, was personable and there to do his job.
Why my review ranks so low is because the heat was on FULL Blast, it must have been 90+ degrees inside.
This is unsafe, and that poor employee must have been having a tough time with how hot it was. In addition, there are meats and veggies out that NEED to be kept cool so they don't spoil. I don't know who's making these decisions, management or Owner, but this is unacceptable and needs to change, and hopefully it does.

Matthew and Marcelo took such pride in their work I thought for sure they were owners! They even offered to put a table outside for me because it was nice out. Nice to see folks who are happy in their work and spreading smiles!

I stopped by yesterday on a whim for an easy dinner. The store was clean, and Julio was incredibly kind and helpful. He made great conversation and you can tell he has a passion for fulfilling the needs of his customers. Being from Trumbull, I grew up eating at this Subway from time to time, but I'll be making more an effort to stop by!

Please update the correct hours. I go there and it's not open according to hours listed. Listed as open at 8 am and close at 10pm. I webt there during those hours and it was closed.
The employees are very good and doing a great job, it's not their fault for any of this.

Store was clean, but that's really all that was nice. Sandwich skills are poor at best. He decided to do a bunch of online orders instead of helping customers standing in line, then still had the balls to ask for a tip.

By far, the worst subway i have ever been to. Super slow, unfriendly, multiple mistakes on order. This is the 3rd time I have tried this location. Never again.
Trash. We tried ordering it on uber eats since we worked all day and didn’t want to go out but after 4 delivery drivers not being able to take our order I called and they said they never received it. So I decided to just go myself and order my sandwiches. I got there and they had absolutely nothing we asked for. She said they were just all day but the chip section was completely stocked.. didn’t make sense. She didn’t even cut the sandwiches in half and there was barely anything on it. Wasn’t worth $38 at all. I understand why it was a 3.1 rating..

Got a steak and cheese which tasted foul and old. Asked for mayo and got none. Didn’t even bother to cut the sandwich in half. Lazy workers. Half put together sandwiches. There’s a reason this place is rated 3.1

Really should have listened to the reviews on here. No prior problems to today with this location. Ordered my sandwich online and I get there and they tell me after it’s made they ran out of lettuce and used spinach instead. I only took it bc it was my lunch break. No communication whatsoever as to if I wanted that or a substitute sandwich.at least I know not to return to this location for next time.

Good place for a fast take out. The day we went it was 80 degrees outside and the air conditioner was not working so it was very hot and uncomfortable for both employees and customers.
