Good service but the food was nasty & expensive. Chicken picatta was inedible, tasted like pure butter. The cheesecake portions seemed to have gotten smaller & just as expensive & tasted generic. The cauliflower was okay

Been coming here for a long time because my son likes the pancakes. Let me sum up the experience in the last 3 to 4 months trending downward spiral.

15 minutes for bread and water
20 to 30 minutes for pancakes
0 follow up on time and length of food
Extremely slow service

Rinse and repeat every day it's bad it's getting worse everyday. Management needs to step it up.

Haven’t been here in years. Food was decent and pretty good, service was disappointing and pretty bad — seems like they need more wait staff. Waitress started out attentive but that was short-lived. I had to repeatedly ask for the same things (straws, soda, etc.) by the end I had to stand up and look for her because she was nowhere to be found. She also seemed to have an attitude, her whole tone and demeanor were off — if anyone should have had an attitude, it should’ve been us. A group who arrived and ordered about 20-30 minutes after us, received their food and paid for their check before we did. I believe our food was ready (although she tried to say the kitchen would take long with our flatbread, they were efficient and got it out to us piping hot and fresh — same with our calamari) but our main entrees were never brought out to us until the orange chicken went from crispy to soggy. I got my go-to Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Jambalaya Pasta — still tasty but far less chicken and shrimp and the shrimp was about half the size of what I remember (I could be wrong but if they used to be jumbo, they’re now extra small and if there used to be 8 shrimp, now there’s 3-4 smh — shrinkflation is right and should really be called shrimpflation at this point). I mentioned the shrimp issue and instead of saying she would see what she could do and bring out a few additional shrimp, she looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language and asked “so you’re good?” Translation: “Lady, what do you expect me to do?” I just shook my head and said it’s fine. I asked for brown bread to-go and you would think I asked for a free meal because I had to ask 3 times. Get it together. Her tip came out of the gift card I used.

I visited Cheesecake Factory for the first time in a few years. I will never return to this place. The waiter was a young girl who could very clearly care less about her job. Let's start with the fact that it took 20 minutes for her to even come to our table to take our order. This is with NO water as well. While taking our order, she asks if we would like bread. As we have been waiting a VERY long time, naturally we were hungry. She then takes another 20 minutes to come back and ask us what our orders were AGAIN without the bread and water. She couldn't care to write it down the first time. I asked for a side dip with my meal, by the time she got it to me I was finished. The service was truly appalling. On top of that, her friends were seated very close to us and she had the nerve to sit down and complain nonstop about the job and how she doesn't get enough tables. Maybe if you could handle the two you had you would get more? Just a food for thought. Anyways 0/10 experience won't return.

I had an horrible experience today, with our waitress she seems to be extremely impatient with my youngest son, He was indecisive way to order instead of Being patient. She seemed to roll her eyes and not being with the table.. today my son 20th birthday I felt so uncomfortable. I didn’t want to say happy birthday. I took my desserts to go. Please management staff do better training with your service. She left items on the bill that should have been removed and wanted me to pay for items I never received. My wife found the items on the bill that should have been removed.
