I had ordered for pick up around six and had gotten my order around eight, I ordered pita bread and fries and when I got my order it was soggy and the fries were cold and mushy after I was informed they had just been there for under thirty mins, they were very disingenuous. forgot to mention when I arrived the lady checking on take out ordered ignored me completely but until I said “excuse me please” she finally recognized me. I don’t want to throw the blame to anyone but I had been waiting for nearly two hours and my food wasn’t good so if you’re ordering for pick up, be warned

Excellent customer service

Massive menu, but somehow nothing stands out. Service is slower than their novel-length menu. Cheesecake's good, but it’s in the name—would be shocking if they messed that up. Overhyped, overpriced.

Went to Cheesecake Factory thinking I’d just get a slice of cheesecake. Three hours later, I emerged, dazed, holding a menu thicker than a Harry Potter book and wondering if I’d just signed up for a degree in culinary arts. The portions? Massive. I ordered a salad, and they brought me a bowl big enough to double as a hot tub. Cheesecake? Sublime. But be warned: you’ll leave with leftovers and the deep existential question, “Why did I eat 3,000 calories before dessert?” 10/10 would go back, with stretchy pants.

I used to work as a cook here, so I know the behind the scenes lol. Most of the items are made in-house.Which is awesome. It was always clean. I know from experience how hard the employees work here. It's a great place, and I hope they last forever. The menu is huge, but there are so many great options. I came for an early lunch, so I just ordered the fried mac and cheese and the buffalo blasts. The mac and cheese balls were one of my favorites. They used to be 2 big ones, and I see they are now 4 small ones, which was a good change. I did wish they were hotter inside, but they were so good. I love the creamy marinara it's served with. The Buffalo blasts were delicious as well. They are loaded inside. One good thing about this restaurant is that they are not cheap with the portions. Our server was great. Sadly, I forgot her name. But she was very kind and attentive. This restaurant is gorgeous and it's a place you can eat at for any occasion.
