Hate to give a bad review because we have come here a few times and it’s always been good but today we placed an order with Uber and the steak fries were missing and I ordered a grilled cheese with tomato and I got what looks like soggy bread with a tiny tomato and no cheese. Very disappointing. Will not order from here again.

We came here after hearing good things and I have to say I was dissapointed. The steak fries were good but a little greasy. Definitely not worth $6 after tax. Its a small order. The steamed burger was so gross we couldn't make it through a bite. It was eating wet bland ground beef basically I wouldn't feed it to a dog. I'm sure the regular burgers are better but this was... nasty. On top of the fact that just the burger and fries took 30 minutes to cook when we were the only ones there, I dont plan on going back. Also, the lemonade is made fresh apparently, but maybe dont make it fresh if you cant get the sugar to dissolve. There was a ton of powder at the bottom of the container which does not fit in a cup holder. For a takeout place thats kind of ridiculous to serve a drink in a container that doesn't fit in a car to be... taken out. Overall I wasted 30 dollars on a burger, small fry, and two drinks. Crazy

Really cool spot, welcoming atmosphere and the bread used for the roll for the egg sandwich I had is the best I have ever had. Too bad it wasn't lunchtime, because I just know that the burgers that they are famous for would be phenomenal.

I had the pleasure of dining at this outstanding establishment and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was equally impressive; the burgers were incredibly flavorful and expertly prepared. ‘Mouth-watering’ doesn’t do them justice. A true 10/10 experience. I will definitely be returning.
I specifically ordered no bacon on my burger. I was the only customer. When he handed me my order it had bacon on it. I explained I could not eat it. He handed me back the food after removing bacon, it was dripping with bacon grease. I also ordered a hot dog which the roll was soaked in butter, my fault for not asking for no butter. He took the tray back and said nothing. I posted my review because, I believe customer service is important. I will possibly try again, everyone makes mistakes. Thank-you for offering to refund my money, and a gift card, not necessary. I was there about 3 weeks ago on a weekday.

I’m not sure how this place has good reviews. We stopped there on our way home and were so rudely greeted by the woman working and told to wait in our car for 20 minutes and she would bring it out. We were not even asked if we wanted to eat on the picnic tables outside just told to go to our cars There was one other customer waiting and 50 minutes later And $50 later, our food comes out. We get home to eat it and maybe I’m used to steamed cheeseburgers in New Haven but this was the most dried out Tasteless overcooked burger I have ever eaten and the fries which were $5.25 were smaller than a McDonald’s serving size of french fries. Needless to say, we will not be back.
