I had the pleasure of dining at this outstanding establishment and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was equally impressive; the burgers were incredibly flavorful and expertly prepared. ‘Mouth-watering’ doesn’t do them justice. A true 10/10 experience. I will definitely be returning.

I specifically ordered no bacon on my burger. I was the only customer. When he handed me my order it had bacon on it. I explained I could not eat it. He handed me back the food after removing bacon, it was dripping with bacon grease. I also ordered a hot dog which the roll was soaked in butter, my fault for not asking for no butter. He took the tray back and said nothing. I posted my review because, I believe customer service is important. I will possibly try again, everyone makes mistakes. Thank-you for offering to refund my money, and a gift card, not necessary. I was there about 3 weeks ago on a weekday.

I’m not sure how this place has good reviews. We stopped there on our way home and were so rudely greeted by the woman working and told to wait in our car for 20 minutes and she would bring it out. We were not even asked if we wanted to eat on the picnic tables outside just told to go to our cars There was one other customer waiting and 50 minutes later And $50 later, our food comes out. We get home to eat it and maybe I’m used to steamed cheeseburgers in New Haven but this was the most dried out Tasteless overcooked burger I have ever eaten and the fries which were $5.25 were smaller than a McDonald’s serving size of french fries. Needless to say, we will not be back.

My family has been here before and Yesterday my we went with my girlfriend and I. The service was absolutely awesome! The woman with the blonde hair is amazing, the burgers, fat, juicy, and sensational. Easily the best onion rings I have had in CT, and the lemonade is so good I’d give a limb for a life time supply. At the end of our meal the owner came out and offered us a new menu item that was a dessert, they it came with chocolate dip, caramel sauce, and they were like fried mini churros sticks. Absolutely sensational, if you have not been here you need to go. It destroys the chain restaurants and as stated above. SENSATIONAL! Get out there and try everything!
The food was sensational. The person taking our order was honest that the 6 lemonades we ordered would take longer because they needed to make a run for ice. I respect honesty in food service, and we weren't in a rush so it was a-okay. The lemonades, when they were ready, were refreshing and delicious. The containers they're in are big and they're chock fulla ice. A perfect drink on a hot day. We got burgers and onion rings, my burger of choice being a double. These are proper capital b Burgers. So if you're thinking of getting a double, come prepared and with a big mouth and mighty appetite. I have both of these things, so I was set. Our server, the same person at the register, was kind and punctual. While we were deep in Burger Heaven, the owner himself came out and asked us how our food was and made some conversation. I respect small business in general, but I really appreciate being able to see an owner of a business face to face. Once we were finished with our meal and nearly ready to up and skee-daddle, the owner comes out AGAIN, this time with a take-out container in hand. He puts it down and offers us an experimental desert item he's working on and was looking for our feedback. He described some of the trouble he was running into with it's developmental, and I could hear his genuine passion for the culinary arts. Something I hold near and dear to my heart is passion. I like to see people excited about the things they're working on. A complete and satisfied recommendation from me. Two thumbs, way up! 👍 👍

Ordered two steam cheeseburgers and a fry, it was busy and the steamed burgers take longer so it took thirty minutes but they gave me my fries right away so i’d have something to eat and then also put two extra fries in the bag for my wait. Super friendly and understanding staff, the burgers and fries were absolutely incredible. Well seasoned, perfectly cooked, and generous with the toppings. The atmosphere was great, picnic seating and all the customers were happy, friendly, and talkative. I highly recommend for a nice little family lunch in sunny summer days

What a surprise myself and my wife were hungry and we stopped at this establishment. What a polite and courteous young man that took our order and prepared our meal I had double cheeseburger and my wife had a single cheeseburger. The burgers were scrumptious and totally worth the money we payed I will recommend this establishment to anyone who is hungry and looking for great value for money spend.
