I want to love 7 Brew so badly because the drinks themselves are great. Unfortunately, my negative experiences have far outweighed the positives. Customer support is essentially nonexistent. I’ve been skipped in the drive-through so staff could serve friends behind me, which is unacceptable.
On top of that, the rewards program change has been a nightmare. I’ve had to email corporate at least four times to get my free drink points transferred—something that should be simple. I left my phone number for the local owner to contact me and never heard back. Corporate also ignores emails or offers no real resolution.
I visit 7 Brew 2–3 times a week, yet it feels like the company cares more about taking money than valuing loyal customers. Sadly, I’m considering boycotting because they’ve repeatedly shown they don’t prioritize customer care.

OMG, a friend brought me here & if u r a Coffee lovers try it! U must b exact when ordering your coffee drink- more than Starbucks but we'll worth it. Also if using cash in drive thru tell the staff person asap. I made that mistake & it took longer to pay, but w/ a new place I get a little cautious but no need here. My friend goes daily ; never 1 issue. Coffee lovers dream spot!

Always the best coming here. I have been coming since they first opened. The crew from the regional manager Garrett (probably spelled it wrong), the manager Anthony, the staff Emma, Mia, just to name a few overall is the best! You can tell I’m a regular when I drive up and they are screaming “Monica!!!!” 😂 it’s the best. You can have a horrible rushing morning but when you come here your whole mood changes. The holidays decorations always add a cute touch. The artist is on point. Keep doing a great job.

I enjoy coffee. I have tried their cold brew a few times now and to me it just does not taste like coffee. More like a mocha taste. And I think the system they have for ordering is inefficient. I just don't see the appeal.

I had just visited the Wallingford location and am very displeased. While waiting for my four coffees to be prepared I witnessed many of the staff members shot gunning energy drinks and screaming at each other. The atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional. When I asked what manager was on I was told Anthony, but that the phone number to that location doesn't work. As someone who frequents this establishment often this was not a professional experience nor a good look.

Not my jam. We stopped on the way through on a road trip and wanted to try something besides Starbucks. Wish we had just gone to Starbucks. I’m guessing their actual coffee beans aren’t great quality.
Hubby’s cappuccino tasted so burnt and bitter. I asked for a hot latte and got an iced one. I asked for minimal sweetness and it was SO sweet. Barely even tastes like there’s espresso.
