I was there Saturday watching a customer service rep.Being verbally abused by a customer because the customer couldn't find potato chips. The worker behind the counter was trying to help and was very professional and was very nice but the woman at one point even threatened to jump over the counter all because of potato chips. The woman was making a scene and if I was the manager I would escorted her out of the building. These managers need to have a backbone and protect their workers! I guess I finally saw my first Karen.

I can't say enough about the positive experience my Mom and I had the optical center. Efficiency and professionalism was on full display. A special shout out to Carmel H. and Peter B. who were beyond kind, skilled and patient. I highly recommend this sit for your optical needs.

Bad customer service. They never answer the phone. They sign you up for auto renew with out your authorization. Sneaky practices. Beware of what you click on at checkout. They charged my credit card for the renewal without my authorization. Customer service desk employee told us military membership was $25.00 a year, funny but renewal fee they charged my credit card was $50.00! Really! Is this bait and switch? Just overall bad service. I pay to be a member and the prices are more than at Walmart and no membership is required there. I have a Costco card and they are hands down a better place to shop. They value their members. I have canceled my membership.

The worst store in town. Not only have they used covid as an excuse to treat their customers like garbage and continue years later to blatantly rip folks off. To top it all my wife no longer feels safe in the store because of a shoplifting incident. Canceled our membership and now have to drive to Costco which is a much better company will never be back. Thanks for ripping off my family and causing all this frustration.

Called some time ago, claimed the never got the order? Then we had to get a different cake and the flowers were so off centered, and the hand writing was terrible, never again. I've gotten better cakes at Walmart.

Denied service for using card at cashier and after pump wouldn't take card. They only take cash. Come on its 2024. You have people coming from all over the state and you can't accept cards? Absolutely garbage service.

The last 3 weeks in a row going to BJ’s in Wallingford. As soon as you walk toward the back of the building by the deli. The smell smacks you in the face. The smell is an overwhelmed stench of rotten bologna on a 90 degree day . It’s horrible all the coolers and deli needs a good wash. Something isn’t right. Wallingford fix the nasty smelly building!

BEWARE OF GETTING RIPPED OFF especially with online orders. For the second time in a few months I placed an online order at this BJ's and returned home to find that items had been tampered with. First was a laundry detergent that was, upon inspection when I got home, (felt very light) 1/2 full. Next was an 18 pack of gum that had the box seal peeled away and only 15 packs of gum inside. The first time I called and they refunded me the cost of the detergent over the phone, next time they asked me to return the box of gum (which meant a 20 min drive back to the store). So basically they are asking me to spend a 40 min. round trip + gas for 3 packs of gum. Can only imagine this is due to customers or employees shoplifting and lax security. BE SURE to check your merchandise/packaging before leaving the store (especially when someone else is picking it off the shelf for you), and maybe consider another location. I won't be renewing my membership at a store where their problems become yours.

I was shopping like I regularly do and as I was walking by the booth of AT&T inside this Bj’s, the sale representative FELIX OLIVO stop me and told me that he had a deal for me, I told him that I was paying $131 on my old company and he told me that it was a lot of money and that he had the perfect deal and I assured me that I was going to pay less than that.

I asked him multiple times how much I was going to pay, he told me that I was going to pay less than that. But now I receive the bill and is $638 and the second bill is going to be $175 I was paying $131

I asked him if he wasn’t lying He told he wasn’t lying that if he lies he’s getting fired.
