Every person we communicated with along the journey was more than helpful when it came to budget planning, working with allergies, and making sure our vision came to life! Every single staff member made sure to say hello and connect with my husband and I on a personal level and made sure our wedding day was absolutely our dream come true

Bourassa gave my husband and I and all of our wedding guests a 1000/10 experience! Their delicious food and amazing team made our wedding day beyond special! Their quick service, wonderful wait staff team, and food was nothing less than perfect! So presentable, absolutely delicious and to this day every single wedding guest has talked about how lovely it was!! Not to mention again, their team is beyond wonderful!

Bourassa catered and provided bar service for our wedding in May. To say the guests were raving about the food and service would be an understatement. Multiple guests said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding - and though biased we would have to agree!

Throughout the process working with the whole team and in particular Nikki was a pleasure. She is THE BEST. From the initial phone calls through the tasting to the day of the wedding it was all TOP NOTCH. The service was off the charts, the staff was professional, and the details (like the oyster bar and cannoli desserts) made the day even more special. It was truly one of the best decisions we made in selecting them as our wedding caterer, and would advise anyone reading this review to do the same!

Our wedding on 6/7/25 was extra personalized and magical! Bourassa was attentive to all of our special requests and the staff made our day move seamlessly. All the guests complimented the meal and the dessert. Just perfect through and through!

Bourassa was the perfect caterer for our wedding! The food was incredible and they were able to accommodate all of our guest's dietary restrictions. Nikki was always available to help plan the menu, answer our questions, and discuss the timeline. Our favorites were the stunning charcuterie board, the pesto shrimp with pineapple salsa, and the honey sriracha salmon. Thank you so much Nikki and Bourassa team!

We used Bourassa for our wedding, they were amazing from start to finish. Nikki helped us create a package within our budget and was great to work with. The catering team at the event were incredible, they even helped with taking down our decorations when they didn't have to. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend Bourassa!!

We cannot recommend Bourassa Catering enough after their incredible service at our wedding. From the start, Nikki was so helpful, patient and professional during the year long planning process. She was always responsive and thorough, never missing a detail. We wanted a menu that represented us, and after many, many emails and phone calls, we were able to create the perfect stationed dinner and cocktail hour menus. Nikki and the chefs provided an excellent tasting to make sure we liked every part of our menu. The entire team was great, and provided such wonderful service. We even kept hearing such positive reviews from our coordinator and venue that they were such a great vendor to work with. I would highly recommend Bourassa, you are in such great hands with them!

The entire Bourassa team was absolutely incredible. From ensuring the planning for our wedding was completed, to helping with setup, clean up, and even bustling my dress. And of course, the food was incredible. They provided delicious food at a reasonable price. We still receive complements on their food.

Not only was their food delicious but the entire experience from the tasting to the service the night of our wedding was outstanding. Nikki our coordinator went above and beyond to secure linens and flatware that made my vision come alive. They were attentive, professional, and super friendly. Cannot recommend them enough for any kind of event in the area. They are fabulous.

We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience than the one we had with Bourassa! Throughout the planning process, we worked closely with Nikki, who was truly a gem. She was incredibly accommodating, always responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. When I developed an allergy, Nikki seamlessly adjusted all of our passed appetizers and even modified my favorite dish, their to-die-for butternut squash ravioli, so I could still enjoy it!

Bourassa did such a phenomenal job that we had them cater brunch while my bridesmaids and I were getting ready, as well as for my husband and his groomsmen. During the wedding, everything went off without a hitch—each guest got exactly what they ordered, and the food was outstanding. They even helped us put together a champagne tower pour, which was an absolute highlight of the night!

Nikki and the entire Bourassa team were hands-down one of our favorite vendors to work with. Their professionalism, flexibility, and easy-going nature made the entire process stress-free and fun. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

Bourassa was absolutely the BEST part of the wedding planning process. Throughout all of the craziness, they were always there to help in anyway they could - even for things in my opinion isn’t in their job description! They were incredibly flexible with our budget and helped us make it happen. The day of, they were nothing short of AMAZING. The food was incredible, and all of the staff was wonderful. I could not recommend them more!
