The girl who works Saturday morning with black hair, don't know her name, she is younger, she is the best. I go every weekend and she remembers my order so 10/10 to her. Although, sometimes the bagels can lack cream cheese or be a little burnt depending on who is on. Overall good place that gets packed.
Bruegger's is my go-to place for bagels, coffee, and deli since I moved from New York. It doesn't offer the varied selection that it's sister store, Einstein Bros, does, and it's a little pricey, but I do love their food and everything else.
We've been huge Bruegger's fans for a long time but the last batch we got from this location were not good. I don't know if the recipe changed or what was going on but these were closer to Dunkins bagels. Hopefully this changes. The pumpernickel was GROSS! Not even close to what it was before the remodel.
