TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The bald guy at the drive thru window in the Wallingford store has absolutely no business working with the public. He basically threw my change at me (half of the coins dropped on the ground). He then whipped the bag at me and looked away. He was rude while taking my order as well. I tried calling to speak to a manager and the phone is on a constant busy signal. (A fact I feel is not a coincidence) Most of our food was ok. But the medium onion rings were more like a kids size. Not even the same size box as our medium size fries. And the mozzarella sticks were completely overcooked and empty. All the cheese had spilled out into the bag.

We ordered the cheapest stuff on the menu. It was satisfying and very fresh. The hamburger with mushroom and Swiss and a double cheeseburger and two small fries and two drinks came to less than $20

I get to the drive through and they told me I have to cancel my entire order because they didn't have one of the items. I asked if I could substitute and they said no. Still waiting on a refund, never coming back to this place again.

WARNING: This location charges for cheese! Other locations use the "whopper with cheese button" this one presses regular whopper, then adds cheese for 1 dollar. The manager said that's what they do at this location. Also the menu items are slightly more expensive here than other locations. A triple whopper with cheese on queen street is 10 dollars, here it's 12 dollars. Drive through lady is friendly and robotic. Food is hot and fresh. The prices are the worst part.

I love this location. The fries are always delicious. They are always hot and good. I love the vanilla shake. It tastes better than the vanilla shake at McDonald's.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Burger King location. The level of rudeness and disrespect displayed by the employees was unacceptable, and even the manager exhibited the same unprofessional behavior. This type of treatment is not only disheartening but also reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. Such conduct should not be tolerated in any customer service environment.

9/26/24- I know it’s Burger King, but today I was greeted by Rafael and Cindy when I walked in even though they were busy. It took a few minutes but not being a regular it gave me time to read the menu. I went with the $5 meal just to kill time and get out of traffic. I was happy I did. It was fast and filling for a small meal. Don’t expect too much from this deal as it’s more of a kid meal but perfect if you don’t want to eat much. Rafael was friendly and extended great customer service. He is good with all the customers that came in while I ate. The restaurant is very clean and so is the restroom which you don’t find these days ? Stop by and enjoy a dessert as they have lots to choose from.
Parking: Lots of parking and it’s easy to get in and out if you’re in a hurry.

Whoever was at counter Tonight Was So Pleasant & Accomadating (as I ordered fmly pk for me & to treat neighbors) I Have to Include the Person Preparing the Food was Perfect Even tho people wanted different things They Did Make it Our Way~ Was Delicious- Did I mention I Haven't been @BK in 20 yrs - Nice NOT To be disappointed ? Ty workers your Appreciated!!!!

This place is the worst go anywhere else. Bk online does not refund or fix issues they always find a reason to tell you it's your fault they can't help you any further. The owner or manager will never call even if you got food poisoning there which I have so yeah go to chillies they cost the same and the food is 10000 times better also they will bring it to your car and at this bk you always have to pull up and wait 5 min anyway so they can take their time
