My wife almost ate a staple while trying to eat an onion ring. It was the worst experience ever. We threw away all of our food because I was afraid my children were going to eat something that could have caused serious damage. Because of this experience, I look at fast food places differently. I will NEVER go there ever again. I already mentioned to all my family, friends, and all of my co-workers to never step a foot in there. I HIGHLY recommend you do not waste your money at this Burger King. And if it was up to me, I would have given you 0 stars.

I just left my house seeing the commercial 2 Whopper Jrs for $5. The manager told me that they didn't they didn't have to comply with the commercials.

I’ve had issues with this Burger King over 4 times. Specifically with the shakes ugh, barely full and if you order a chocolate Oreo shake the tall skinny man whose balding will say it’s extra even if you ordered and paid on the app. Bad attitude every time he’s corrected. He gave us a barely filled shake after we corrected him over which shake we ordered. The balding man, skinny man at the drive thru window is completely rude and doesn’t know how to service the public. There’s so many complaints regarding him, but man it’s frustrating to order something and pay for it, only to be told we have to pay more? And then given once again the same shake, but less filled and maybe with a drop of chocolate syrup??? Those shakes are nearly $6, why would I buy from BK just to get screwed over in the end. I’d rather just get something from DQ just to avoid the rude guy and hopefully get the shake I actually paid for.

Can’t speak to the atmosphere. I’ve been here a handful of times since I moved to the area. Service was ok. Was waiting on chicken for a mobile order to be places and was told to park on the side with no timeframe. However, I specified specifics with the three items I ordered. Everything came to me as if someone ordered them as is. And I specified my adjustments in the mobile app. Happened to me one other time too with one of my items. How hard is it to read and get it right? Doesn’t make me want to give them money if they can’t give me the right items

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The bald guy at the drive thru window in the Wallingford store has absolutely no business working with the public. He basically threw my change at me (half of the coins dropped on the ground). He then whipped the bag at me and looked away. He was rude while taking my order as well. I tried calling to speak to a manager and the phone is on a constant busy signal. (A fact I feel is not a coincidence) Most of our food was ok. But the medium onion rings were more like a kids size. Not even the same size box as our medium size fries. And the mozzarella sticks were completely overcooked and empty. All the cheese had spilled out into the bag.

We ordered the cheapest stuff on the menu. It was satisfying and very fresh. The hamburger with mushroom and Swiss and a double cheeseburger and two small fries and two drinks came to less than $20

I get to the drive through and they told me I have to cancel my entire order because they didn't have one of the items. I asked if I could substitute and they said no. Still waiting on a refund, never coming back to this place again.

WARNING: This location charges for cheese! Other locations use the "whopper with cheese button" this one presses regular whopper, then adds cheese for 1 dollar. The manager said that's what they do at this location. Also the menu items are slightly more expensive here than other locations. A triple whopper with cheese on queen street is 10 dollars, here it's 12 dollars. Drive through lady is friendly and robotic. Food is hot and fresh. The prices are the worst part.
