Great beer, great atmosphere
The service was awesome. The music was good and friendly environment.
Theie beer was rather pricey, 2 pints came to $19. Which might not be too bad but we sampled 3 before buying 2 pints and none were fantastic. They had no AC on an 83° day, and the fans were on an incredibly low setting. But the people were friendly and the bathroom was very clean. Would try again but cannot yet recommend.
This review is a part of my quest of visiting all CT breweries. Center Street brewery is located in its own building and it cleverly utilizes the available space. It has an outdoor patio, a beer garden and a small indoor room, so there is enough space for everyone. No food is available, but snacks can be purchased. I loved the interior of their main room with a huge amount of beer stickers from across the whole country. There are different seating options including soft ones.
Ten beers were available during my visit. There is an option to order a beer flight of five, so I tried all of them. In general, there were a couple beers I liked, but the majority of them were just ok. Not bad at all, but also not unique enough to stand out of the crowd. My favorites for the day were Hiatus Mango (Fruited Wheat) and Bikini Bottom (American IPA). Considering, that I don't like wheat beers, the former one surprised me with its smooth yet rich taste. And the latter one was just original enough to be memorized.
This is a nice place to hang out with friends and to try some new beers, so I will recommend it to others.

Mostly IPAs on tap. I understand they are very popular but I'm just not a fan. Very loud. More kids than adults in the place.
Tried a few beers, which were ok, nothing special. The bar was very packed but service was still fast.
Friendly staff, great environment, great beer, good prices. Can't ask for anything more!

The place is awesome and the bartenders are great. Went on Thursday for Trivia. One note, could use an ice machine! Lots of people like their seltzer and cider on ice! Other than that, fantastic establishment.
