This place is amazing definitely a hidden gem! Was driving one night hungry looked for the closest place and found this place now it’s my favorite spot the wings and DELICIOUS YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE!!!

Best chicken and waffles around! Love all the sides and desserts.

It’s always so hard to pick between a waffle sandwich or something else.

Theres another Cheeks out here and the wings were night and day better and the fries I had here were cooked to the point of being Hard and not enjoyable wouldn't get fries again but wings aren't the worst just not as good as the other location

Actually gas food. Went in there 1st time today and the dude working at the counter was such a chiller. Let me try a bunch of sides & was hella nice. Felt like my friends were cooking for me not a business.

Great service, chicken wings, and sauces.
Tried the chicken wings and waffles, and hash fries to-go.
Chicken wings were fried to perfection and the various sauces were great compliments.
The hash fries were delicious.
Found the waffle too sweet for me, however, I am typically not a sweets person.

Will be back for more chicken wings. Keep it up, and thank you!

My daughter and I wanted some good chicken wings and this place definitely understood the assignment 😋 I order Mac and cheese with garlic parmesan chicken and it was 🔥 Also service was very welcoming. We will definitely come back!

I came in on a rainy Tuesday for lunch for my first visit here and was met with a peaceful atmosphere, cool vintage feeling decor and friendly service! The owners daughter is a dedicated helper and they both make sure your needs are met! The food was great I enjoyed the chicken tenders and waffle, they let you pick from a big list of sauce and they go great on the side! I felt like the portion sizes were generous and priced fairly. The chicken was crispy, tender, and had great seasoning levels. The waffle was like a Belgian waffle grilled garnished with butter and confectionery sugar, nice touch! Staff checked in a few times during/after the meal, you can tell they really care about your experience and want to make sure you enjoyed yourself, that’s good business!

For me they got the best chicken tenders/ strips. They are jumbo size and tastes so good. Customer service is great. Last visit, Mohammed (staff) was very nice and accommodating.

Outstanding Owner, Great Place, Great Food and Great Vibes. *DO NOT ORDER THROUGH GRUBHUB FROM THIS RESTAURANT* I am disappointed with Grubhub l! The really ruin the reputation of a locally owned business@ 822 E Center St, Wallingford, Ct 06492. Twice now, they have failed to fulfill my order, leaving my pregnant wife without the meal I intended to have delivered. I'm out of town, and relying on delivery services like Grubhub is essential. This Grubhub tarnishes Cheek’s Chicken & Waffles outstanding reputation. The first time this happened, I waited over an hour for food that never arrived. I had to request a refund, which is a hassle in itself. You'd think they'd learn from their mistakes, but today, the exact same thing happened! After another hour of waiting, I contacted Cheeks Chicken and was told they never received the order. I immediately contacted Grubhub, yet again. Grubhub reached out to Cheeks Chicken, only then were they able to confirm received the order. By the time Grubhub delivered almost two hours had passed. This is unacceptable, especially considering the restaurant is a mere 1.5 miles away. If I were in town, I would have either driven there myself or simply cooked something. The fact that this has happened twice, with no apparent accountability from GrubHub, is beyond frustrating. However, I do recommend anyone near by to try this restaurant and guarantee you will fall in love! Grubhub’s lack of communication and inability to fulfill orders is appalling. *VISIT IN-store before using Grubhub!DO NO ORDER DELIVERY USING GRUBHUB FROM THIS RESTAURANT*

The chicken wings here are always cooked to perfection! Crisp on the outside cook beautifully on the inside. The service is top notch and friendly and they have seating on the inside! A chicken place worth stopping by!
