It was so nice to meet Chip in line. He was so friendly, asking us where we were from and where we were going. I really couldn’t believe it when I told him that this is the Chick-fil-A where we always stop on our road trip and he said that he recognized us. What a short, funny and heartwarming interaction. And my husband said that he recognized him as well.
I think the thing that really made me want to write this review was the fresh cut flowers! With Chip welcoming us and the fresh cut flowers, it really felt like we were known and special.
And of course, the food is always absolutely delicious!!!!

First time I was very disappointed with my order. We were bringing an order to shut ins. We ordered 4 meals. Everything was good except all orders of fries were stone cold. Very embarrassed and quite disappointed

Unbelievable service and food. I learned one thing, pick you places. I don't do much fast food and pick my places when I do. Chick-fil-A should be called Chick-AAAA. I walked in at lunch time, ordered and sat. Within less than 3 minutes my food was delivered to my table with a smile. As I sat and ate I realized that the employees get it! I watch a guy making sure the place was clean. I was approached by well mannered people and they cleaned my space and asked if I wanted a refill or needed anything else. So perfect and relaxing... I cannot say enough about the effort put in by everyone working at Chick-fil-A. I will return...

I have never been treated so well in a fast food restaurant 😳 I’m amazed! This was my first time visiting a Chick-fil-A, and I did not know the staff is so friendly. Although there was many people when I arrived everyone was served quickly, I bet to say under 5 mins. I ordered a lemonade, and Chick-fil-A deluxe, fries and a brownie 😍 and Olivia offered sauce of my choice, and of course since I’ve never tried it before, I choose there signature sauce. Surprisingly good! I got my food in like 3 min at my table… then they offered me a mint, and another server got me a free refill🤯 and a couple of minutes before I left, another server asked if I needed anything else😵 I was so impressed with the service! I’m definitely coming back, and dining in which is not normal for me!! Awesome work Chick-Fil-A team I hope they give everyone who worked this shift a raise, cause you guys made a difference!!
