I appreciated that the cashier reopened my take out bag to ensure there was an egg roll in there for me when I told them they didn't have too. I really appreciated that extra service to double check my order even though it was already correct. They truly care about their customer satisfaction. Thank you

Communication problem over the phone. Specifically asked how much a side of corn was and was told $3.00. When we got home with the order , we were charged $13.50 for a side. When I called back they were closed. So I called the next day and explained the situation. I was told the person on the phone made the mix up and when she checked with the chef it was actually more. At that point a call back should have been made on their part. Never would I pay $13.50 for a side. She said sorry it was the girl who answered the phone, she didn’t know what she was doing. She said she will refund me and I will be holding them to that. Incompetence on their end shouldn’t cost me money. That’s just bad service!!

I'm beginning to think ownership has changed. I had the General Tso and LoMein and My Rangoons. The Tso was HORRIBLE no crisp, no glaze, no sesame. My Rangoon were a tad over done BUT THE RIBETTS were okay...for 30 bucks I want MORE & BETTER..NO I'm not giving them a 3rd shot...
