Chipotle Mexican Grill

I completely understand that everyone deals with mental health struggles in many different ways, but someone assembling food should not be allowed to have open self harm wounds uncovered when making people’s dishes. Not only is it unsanitary, it’s also unsettling for customers. It’s a real thing that happens to real people, but it is not okay to break health code for the sake of an employees emotional state. The girl with the green hair needs to have saniderm or something to cover up when at work. This truly is not okay. This is not her fault, this is managements for not redirecting her in a proper manner.

You guys need more supplies, better coverage/team. Today was the worse I’ve seen in a while. Don’t have enough meat nor don’t even have chips. Had to rush to get out of there.

If you have a restaurant on a Sunday afternoon ( lunch) please ,be sure you have enough warm food to sell.There was not black beens, brown rice or steak. The server was scraping the stainless steel container to give me and spreader flat enough to sow some rice , but not enough. No black beans , no queso for the chips,hardly any selection or quantity of food. I don't know how the guys were able to serve the line behind me because it wasn't enough food.The store super dirty ; floors ,tables and garbage cans full of trash, overflowing. We love Chipotle but not coming back to this particular store on Broad Street, CT

Bro can yall do better? Barely any meat when you ask for double meat but too much salsa and rice. Then yall have no cheese. Then yall didn’t pack the food right so the sauce from the bowl spilled into the paper bag and made it break and spill on the ground when my man got home. May as well be rice and salsa bowls because you guys barely give meat even if you ask for double. Get more workers. Sorry but when I want a protein bowl it’s supposed to have black beans, meat not more rice and salsa then anything else. There’s no beans, no lettuce, barely any meat. Queso spilled because you guys are using foil… just don’t come here yall. Oh and just took a bite. Rice is raw…. Come on and yall still charge full price

Absolutely disgusting all throughout. From the seat in area, food, food shortage, and the staff attitude. Staff was constantly talking amongst each other using profanity. While we waiting for the veggies to get done, there was not a single person in line. The staff made 0 efforts to clean the seating area. There was literally food every where on every table. Unacceptable.

This was the dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen. There was food all over the floor all over the tables and we ate the food and then we immediately got sick.

I recently visited a Chipotle location and was very disappointed with the experience. The restaurant was not clean and did not meet basic hygiene standards. The chicken was undercooked, which is a serious safety concern, and the rice was poorly prepared and lacked flavor. I’ve had better experiences at other Chipotle locations, but this visit was truly below expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure food safety and cleanliness in the future.

No chicken no brown rice no steak no ice No forks or spoons. So dirty drink space. Workers are not welcoming. Unsanitary looking cooking space. The workers look like they would rather be eating out of their grandma‘s ass then serving us. I felt like I was gonna get jumped and getting judged in there. Carnitas taste like piss. Rice is dry and bland. Lettuce is old. Torillas are lukewarm at best.

The soft drink machine was off. Had to tell personal several times. Tables were dirty, the meet was over cooked. Restrooms were not clean and no bathroom tissue.

I usually like Chipotle, but this time I got a new server, and it seemed she wasn't happy and so un cordial, so I got crappy service. Guess I gotta go when folks are having a good day to get good service..go figure

This chipotle is normally very good but I kept getting rushed. I got charged extra for guac and queso even though it was not even a full scoop.

This Chipotle is filthy, instead of having 2 cashiers and 2 people packing your order why don’t one of them actually clean the restaurant?

Workers seem to be there for a giggle. However my bowl was packed so I wouldn’t complain about that.

Staff are friendly enough but they constantly don’t have food prepared last 5+ times I’ve been there.

Worst Chipotle. Real messy . The containers were the beans go be having crusty dry beans,they dnt ever have side condiment meat is cold employees are realy unprofessional real rude and sloppy. Won’t be going there ever nasty place.
