Sorry to have say this once Nice Family style great iconic atmosphere has now declined over the last 4 years. And the grinders size has basically remained the same but less quantities. Price sill is high very Around $20.00 without drinks and or chips or snacks. also, they don't let you see the grinder being made I mean sincerely even Subway lets you see the grinders and by the way honestly Subway should move in sometimes you know it's time to go oh well. I truly find that very odd and that only reminds me of one thing I worked in the food business for 8 years at Hampton high School I know who their supplier is That's why you can't see what's being done very sad.Subway will be in there next you can count on it. If you are going to have Subs in your name they'd better be good and DiBellas doesn't dissappoint. Multiple bread choices is a great start and always super fresh. Good selection of toppings too. This is our go to when we are in the area!

I was working with an individual that I provide support, and I had brought him to have dinner the staff are nice and courteous, my individual ordered a roast beef sandwich, and I ordered a ham and provolone cheese sandwich everything was really good, and I was pleased with the service and experience.

I absolutely love this sub shop!! Worked here when they first opened & loved it. Their food is amazing all deli meat is sliced fresh not packaged along with the veggies. The bread is always fresh & delicious! All their sandwiches are amazing I love stopping here when Im in CT visiting family. Crossing my fingers they expand outside of CT maybe further north! Can't wait for our next trip down to grab a huge sandwich to go

Durham Veterinary Hospital
First step in the door and I was greeting by 3 different staff who were all very friendly! I then noticed how clean the place was. They had my pickup order ready when I got there so no wait time. I would choose this place over any of the competitors . They checked off all the marks in Great customer service ! Special Thank You to Stacy who helped with my catering order!!!! She was especially helpful with my online order .
I keep saying I am going to stop giving my money to chain restaurants! Today my local go-to delis were closed (Sunday), so I decided to try DiBella’s. The bread was stale and fell apart. My fault for wanting multigrain at a fast food place, I guess. The relatively small amount of tuna was decent but a bit bland. Toppings were minimal. Not happy for the price. ☹️

I went to DiBella’s in Wallingford today (12/7/24 @3:30pm) on my lunch break to grab a drink and some chips . I was not greeted upon entry , actually I was NEVER acknowledged. Nonetheless, I still went to grab my things and waited at the register to cash out . There was a guy in the front bagging cookies and another on the grille . I stood at the register for about 2 mins before I asked the guy on the grille if there was someone who can ring me out so I can go , he looked over at me , ignored me and kept on wrking as if I wasn’t standing there , so I stood close to the counter because I assumed he couldn’t hear me and said it again (still nothing ) I tried to call an signal the man upfront but he looked and continued to wrk as well basically resulting in me not getting ANY service at all . I personally feel like They were EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! If this is what DiBella’s seems as a good example of how to treat your customers I will never go back and take my business elsewhere. I’m a returning customer and have been going to this particular location for about 2 years and I’m deeply offended, disappointed and won’t be recommending anyone else to dine here.
