I came here simply because I Googled Chinese food in Wallingford and looked for the best reviews. Well Diner’s Haven did not disappoint!! The best friend dumplings I have ever had and their Pad Thai was amazing. I’m coming back with my family next time!!
Ordered a couple of their special sushi rolls for delivery. (King roll & Spicy Santa). Both were delicious! The presentation of the rolls on a large tray was very impressive as well. Excited to try more!
Such a wonderful restaurant. Relaxing music, great, friendly service, excellent food at excellent prices.

Diner's Haven is a Chinese-Japanese spot in Wallingford. The food is amazing, super fresh, full of flavor, and very, very good, with fire dishes like sushi, tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and seaweed salad. The meats and veg dishes are always hot, though the rice can sometimes be cold. The restaurant is super clean and beautifully decorated. Service is top-notch, great, and crazy friendly, with staff sometimes providing complimentary appetizers and extra accoutrements. Prices are incredibly reasonable. It is considered a best spot and a little treasure in town.
