First of all TERRIBLE management. The main mangers daughter is CONSTANTLY stealing tips from other coworkers and when caught nothing gets done. They touch the food with barehands and never really clean up. Managers choose favorite and talks terribly about customers when customers want a refund or want their items remade. Employees will purposely make a customers order wrong and blame the customer for complaining which is RIDICULOUS because the number 1 rule in fast food is the customer is always right. Manger named Norma is constantly making food without gloves and puts her fingers in drinks and treats her employees terribly unless you are her favorite. Norma constantly yells at certain employees in front of a lobby full of customers which looks bad on her part and is embarrassing for the employees. She constantly rushes cars from the drive through and doesn’t wait till their food is ready she always makes them park somewhere till one of the employees bring it out. dont EVER come to this dunkin spot they SUCK!!

The coffee taste is different each time you order the same coffee. Sometimes it's great sometimes it's not. They don't have a fixed recipe

Been here couple times and wrong ever single Time .. I ask for butter, pecan with two cream and look at the picture , the thing is all cream with 2 shots of coffee .. terrible .. half the time u ask hot they give u ice or vice versa
Well I’ll give them two stars because at the very least they gave me a cup with coffee in it. Just a black coffee. I ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cold foam. It’s an order with literally two components. If they can’t get that right, I doubt there’s any hope for them.
The person at the window seemed very high of the weed and burnt my bagel. It was rock solid. I also had to wait nearly 10 minutes despite no cars ahead of me. Awful experience
I was sitting at a table and witnessed what I think was the “trainer” ridiculing an employee for the way that she was mopping the floor. With an extensive managing background coaching/ mentoring with kindness is a must and is the most effective . The new employee was super sweet and just looked really embarrassed.

They have one employee in particular, I believe their name is Ethan (really hope I got their name right), must be the quietest person on the planet, but, my coffee is always exactly the way I ordered, it's made fast, and if something is wrong with my food it's not because it was rung up incorrectly. Definitely not a bad place to stop.
