Stop hiring children especially without proper training. I get cold Coffee at times burned food and literally ordered a bagel/creamcheese had almost “0” creamcheese Donuts thrown in bags chocolate everywhere. Please hire proper professional staff with proper training. I’ve stopped going to this location and would advise to beware of this location and it’s issues.

This place is a hit or miss. Never consistent. I have had raw and burnt hash browns, strong and weak coffee, and friendly and awful service. I try to order from the app since it usually comes out correctly ordering it that way.

Worst dunkin in Wallingford. Don’t bother going there if you need any almond milk or oat milk in your coffee. Coffee always tastes burnt. Every time I go here I instantly regret it and end up dumping the coffee out and going to the dunkin up the street
