So I pulled in this Sunday Morning to grab an iced coffee before church ordering, picking up my order, paying was so convenient and easy and the cashier was perhaps nicest guy under the sun! Deffinently wanna keep getting my morning coffee here. Thank you guys so much for the friendly experience!

The only drive thru restaurant that does not give you napkins

Today we forgot to order our child munchkins at the intercom. So we figured we would just add them at the window but the young man at the window said he could not add them at the window. So we asked if someone else would be able to put them in and he said we cannot add anything at the window and we’ll have to go back around and order at the intercom. All of this when my toddler is very upset. It would have taken 30 seconds to put the order in, less time then me trying to convince the young man to do the right thing. So we left and went to another Dunkin down the road. Then as we pull if we notice lint in our hash browns. Terrible experience first thing in the morning.

Wish i could review the food but im always getting the wrong food. Not taking just a moment and match names.order has been wrong 3 times in a row and rather go up the street to the others.

my favorite dunkin!! my coffee always comes out great, and there is one specific worker who is always at the window greeting me. he is extremely friendly and professional, and always brightens up my mornings!!

Go get a puppy cup for my 9 month old pup Black Belgian malinois (good boy still learning) So I get my stuff first and before I could go get a pup cup get told can't have my dog in here ..(i have papers) my dog helps me from my pstd keeps me sane! Like I said he's registered i have papers for that
But Indian owner tey3d tell me other wise
I will bring my pup in there everyday bro FYI Or ull be. Hearing from my lawyer

Came thru here for a door dash order we didn’t know if we needed to go thru drive thru or go inside so we went thru the drive and who ever is working the drive thru on Dec 6 around 2:40 pm needs to be talked to by the manager because the attitude that was received was not up to code. Yelling at us “I DONT MAKE THE RULES” kinda unprofessional.
