They are now charging an extra 50 cents in order to not have ice in a drink. Of all the nickel and diming petty moves that other dunkins are NOT doing, this is pretty low. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves. Get a regular drink from them, go home and take the ice out and look at what they are actually charging you 6 plus dollars for and you too will be mad. You are making plenty of profits off those drinks and charging extra to not actually alter the drink is unacceptable. The employees there are very friendly and and the location is convenient but you may be losing a customer due to tacky petty ownership.

This Dunkin location goes above and beyond to know their customers and keep the busy line moving quickly! They always make my order correct and have some of the friendliest staff members I've ever seen at a dunkin location. I wont get my coffee at any other location because of how well this store operates! Thank you NaNa and to all of the Dunkin team for making me smile everytime I get my coffee! BEST DUNKIN LOCATION IN CT!!!

I was there this morning a little after 6. I was ordering a refresher which I don’t typically order. With that I couldn’t think of what I wanted and the lady with an accent was taking orders and her attitude was so nasty. So nasty that I chose to not order anything because her nastiness did it for me. Called the store and told the manager about the interaction. Doesn’t take much to be nice and also it doesn’t take much to nicely say you couldn’t hear what I was saying. And say “WHAT” when I’m asking for something else to be added into a drink that I’m buying.

This use to be my go to Dunkin but lately there have been so many mess ups to my orders as well as some of the drive thru employees just not being friendly at all. I’m not sure what has transpired but it definitely has gone downhill lately. I guess I’ll be venturing out and trying other Dunkin locations.
