What is a girl to even say?!?! I love this place!!!!! My boyfriend and I finally tried it and we will not go anywhere else for ice cream now. Fresh, icy, creamy but not too heavy, and so so tasty. The prices are unreal- I spent $8 for 2 people…… What?! Somewhere else would’ve been $20 for two people at least!!!

This place makes me happy.A local shop run by sweet women who are delighted when you love their products.Elote. Churros. Gelato. Paletas. So many delicious choices. This is the kind of local business that I love to support.

So unhelpful, There was an emergency with my daughter and we needed a few napkins to stop the blood. The owners said NO. I’ll never shop here

Oh the fun and adventure! I was dying to get to this Paleteria and I finally did with my friend Alicia! My friend Jason (aka Pasta the Dog) was such a fan and now I know why! So many delicious flavors to choose from! We were driving back from a trip to Stamford and happened to drive by Wallingford. We got right off the exit and it was the best decision ever. I went with the Blue Bubble Gum and the Watermelon paletas. Yes. I had to get two and I was totally tempted to get a third, but I had to chill. lol When I go back, the next two flavors will be Pineapple and Coconut and I seriously can't wait! They also have so many fun treats besides paletas too! They even have the aqua frescas that are a 2023 top food trend this year . They also have gelatos as well. Summer is coming. Get yourself familiarized with flavors because this will certainly be the BEST way to cool down when the weather gets hotter. Go now. Plan a trip. There's also an amazing bakery next door that you do not want to miss too. Same family. Happy Saturday, friends!

I'm so glad my friend and I stopped in after hearing wonderful things about this place and the Paletas! First of all they are soPretty! Very refreshing looking ! All made in house. A good variety of paletas are made with water and others with milk. So many yummy flavors to choose from! It all depends what you are craving! They have spicy , sweet , fruity! I went with Bionicos.Staff do not know much English but they try to help and assist! They are very sweet and pleasant. They actually got very busy while we were there! Place is very clean and has a little bit of everything with fun l Fun options to choose from! I will definitely be back. They close at 8pm

I love Paletas! I had no idea there was a Paleteria in the Wallingford area. As Caryn said in her review, I stumbled across Paleteria Rey Azteca when I stopped at the plaza for tacos. I was thrilled. The plaza also has a nice bakery and market by the way.I hadn't planned for a Paleteria, so I could only buy one pAleta since they're frozen and would melt by the time I got back home. My mango Strawberry paleta looked great and was delicious. I love the Paletas with a fruit piece like a strawberry showing through the frozen juice. They had a huge selection of the fruity acidic kind of Paletas and the ones that are creamier. I will be back to explore the flavors.4,5 Stars.

I have been wanting to try fruit covered in chamoy and tajin for awhile now after seeing this on my social media. I walked in and I felt like I wasn't in Wallingford anymore. I loved how this plaza has an authentic bakery, meat market, and taco restaurant (which I hear is very good). The store was in all Spanish so I struggled reading the menu but the woman who greeted me and rang me out was very helpful! The ice cream and bars looked delicious and I am looking forward to trying more Mexican desserts and food from here! The mango was very fresh and the taste of the chamoy and tajin was absolutely delicious!!

What a great little gem of a place. The frozen treats were amazing. They must have 30 flavors.

Went back after they fired the purple haired girl, service is awesome! Ice cream is awesome! The place has become a joy to enter and purchase from. Loving the new workers, so kind, and the owner herself is really sweet and helpful :) 10/10 recomment. The churro ice cream is really good!! I also recomment the micheaguas ?
