They bit off more than they can chew when they moved into a much larger place!! Over the years, I Had 3 personalized Birthday cakes made. Themed cupcakes made. Also themed cookies made. I have spent thousands of dollars which I don’t mind doing. BUT… SINCE MOVING TO THE NEW, LARGER STORE ~ CAKE/COOKIE DESIGNS HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE!!! Quite often looks like a child decorated. In the past I know it was always Elizabeth w/ the talent to decorate beautifully. Now I guess she’s too busy

This place is close to my house witch is the only reason I tried them so many times , but 3 times they messed up my cakes !! Either not done in time or the get the instructions on the cake wrong and to top it off the last time I went , the cake started melting on my way home and messed up some of the decoration , when I go back to let them know what happened( i live 5 mins away) , the lady got the nerve to tell me that I messed it up on purpose 😂 like why would I mess up my sons cake that I need for a party that already started , so please save your time and money … don’t buy here

Called 3 different times to make sure we didn’t have any artificial dyes in or on the cake and sure enough, nice blue artificial dyes on our cake. Super annoyed!! No time for a new cake.

I was told one price over the phone, twice, and gave them credit card details but it apparently wasn't processed.
I didn't know that until I came in person, then I was told a higher price - at which I wouldn't have ordered initially.
I wasn't offered the initial price for their mistake after the annoyance was clear.
Retrospectively, I wish I said no and left. I did not. I'm not great in the moment. It has bothered me enough though to write this.
I hope the message finds everyone else clear: Overpriced, unknowledgeable, unprofessional, uncaring.
Cake was bland anyways, go to another place.
