This was our 2nd time going to Favio’s Trattoria for dinner. The food, atmosphere and service is great. The new owner David is very attentive and is an amazing chef.. Food was prepared to perfection.
Four of us went for dinner with a reservation and we were seated right away. After cocktails, three of us ordered the special Dover Sole with Shrimp. The fish was very bland and a little tough. I think of this dish as one that you can cut with your fork. Not this time. The accompanying risotto was chewy, not creamy. Our waiter who was very nice and polite was the only server and he had to take care of the entire room. He was stretched too thin and could have been more attentive....
What's a nice place to have dinner with a great friend?Prices were reasonable.Food was very, very good.I just wish the place itself was a little bit bigger.But the service was phenomenal, the gentleman who took care of us made sure we had everything.We needed while waiting on other customers.As well
